This is William I am very un happy, your technician came out today to repair something that wasn’t done prober when my garage was installed on 10/07/19. He started to repair what he thought was just a simple job, and he found that there was very inadequate work that needs serious attention right away. I am waiting for a response from your company, because we paid you people a lot of money.

Useless, the repair person showed up at my place without remotes that would be compatible with my older garage door opener even though I told the operator who booked the appointment the type of remote that would be needed. I was told the door needed replacing along with all the hardware. He did say he could supply me with the name of a company who could do the work. In addition to all this he wanted to test for lead paint on the door because there would be an additional expense to remove it, I was just trying to get two replacement remotes. I'm out of a 30 dollar service call fee I gave the guy 30 bucks for a bill of 29.95 and he never even offered to give me my 5 cents change. This is not a big deal but it does say to me maybe I shouldn't do business with them .
