Your tech,I believe name was Derek was awesome. Gave accurate quote on all labor and parts needed to complete job. Was very friendly and from Delco which is a plus. Upon completion I was testing door again and he noticed it go down and come back up while sitting in van in driveway. A minute later he knocked on door to make sure I had operated the up feature and door did not go up on its own.

I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. Had old garage doors replaced by Precision in 2014. Service was great - new doors have been very reliable. The door we use the most was recently repaired with new pulleys, cables and springs. It now runs as smoothly as on Day One. Service was prompt, complete and courteous. Highly recommend!
