I have lived in Pennsylvania my whole life and currently live in beautiful Southern Chester County. I love the area I live in and love working in this area.
Working as a technician for precision door is a great fit for me, I like working with my hands, figuring out technical and mechanical issues and finding the best solution. I also enjoy meeting new people which I get to every home that I go to. One of my favorite parts of the job, is after I finish a repair or instillation, seeing the homeowners excitement, and knowing they are happy with the result of the work.

Very friendly, professional service. Called for a garage door issue and a tech was at my house the next day! Thoroughly inspected the garage door. He came , reviewed my garagedoor situation, offered me three options, advised on the merits of each. I decided to get a whole new garage door opener. Had an online chat on their website around 8 am. They answered my questions and had a curtious installer at my home by 10.
He had everything needed for the installation on his truck.
The install was completed by 12 noon including some upgrades I requested.
I was totally impressed by how quickly they responded to my needs.

Dan was great, first he called and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could show up early. I was having a problem with my garage door opener. He looked at the issues and we talked about the pro's and con's of repairing or replacing the opener. I decided the best option was to replace with a new LiftMaster Opener. Dan was very professional from start to finish.

Precision is the best..called on Saturday and the new opener was installed on Monday. Multiple calls by the service technician and he was on time. Completed the installation and cleaned up the area. Would definitely have them out should we have other garage door problems...

Had a defcon 5 garage door emergency. Called Precision and they were out my house within a half hour. Dan from Precision, fixed everything and got the garage door back on track and able to be used.
Great save. unfortunately the door was on its last legs and Dan and the Precision team came up with great options which I am now looking forward to.

I had a garage door emergency, couldn't get door to go up the Friday before New Years. I called Precision, they told me they'd have someone out and gave me the timeframe, he was there in time, fixed the door and charges were reasonable. All done in 7 degree weather I might add!!!
