A cable to our garage door had snapped. Called Precision Door Service. Geoffrey our repair tech, came that same day, right on time. Told him I wanted to keep same door/everything at least a couple more years. So Geoff suggested replacing some worn-out parts, which he installed. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff then advised me on how and also how often to keep the rigging lubricated. I recommend this outfit very highly.

What a wonderful experience and a great way to start a day. Jeffrey performed the service and Brian facilitated the appointment. I called Friday, September, the 6th, asked for Monday, September 9th and Brian was able to get me an appointment, Saturday, September 7, at 8 am to be completed by 11 am. WOW! WHAT ACCOMMODATIONS. Brian was professional, kind and personable. Everything he promised about the service proved true.
Jeffrey performed a double spring Torsion Package. He was wonderful, thorough, punctual, knowledgable and he explained and walked us through every stage of the process. We appreciated his thoughtfullness and time to make sure we thoroughly understood the problem and the solution. Just an outstanding company. They came highly recommend to me and the recommendation was accurate!

5 star.....being the caregiver for the Kinslow's, I choose Precision. And,
I must apologize to the tech who took care of both visits. This is late in coming. Geoffrey's first visit was in April.
The first trait that came through, was how helpful he was. He assessed the situation, followed by his suggestions. He was personable, easy to speak with. Explained in layman's terms what was happening and what the solution would be. The second visit was back in June, and turned out to be minor. Again excellent customer service,

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!

Geoffrey was very professional. The garage door works perfectly after new springs were installed. I had only one spring broken. However, be prepared to change it on both sides to avoid another phone call for a new repair a few days or months later. I also was told that I have a 4-year warranty after this repair. Very satisfied with the outcome.
