Hello,
I am 22yrs old, 5'6", and live in Philadelphia. I love animals and over the course of my life have had many dogs of my own. I like to skate and spend time near the water.
Two things I love in my life are my dog and my brother.
I like to spend my fixing my car. It keeps me focused and moving forward. (Funny thing is... recently someone hit my car while it was parked in front of my house, so ...)
My favorite fruit is strawberries and favorite color is red.

Technician, William, was here 3 hours after I called. He found the problem and the door was running in 15 minutes. Tech also explained the problem and the likelihood a replacement unit might be required soon.

Very pleased. My service was scheduled for the day after my call. I was told Will would be my technician. He arrived as promised and was able to replace my motor that day. He was friendly and respectful and did the job within a couple of hours. The new motor is quiet and smooth. No more wondering if the door will open or not. Highly recommended.

Their technician, William, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He found the problem and explained everything. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was done in no time. The springs were replaced and the entire unit was checked. I would highly recommend this company.
