I had an issue with my garage door not going up as high as I needed it to. Precision was able to schedule a visit for the same day. Mike was very knowledgeable, resolved my issue and also identified and fixed an issue with the cables holding one of the pullies. Excellent job! Thank you!

Searched internet for a local company to address issue with garage door. “Chatted” to share what happened. Had a tech arrive the next morning at 8:30! Gabe assessed the situation, presented 3 options after showing us the damaged part. Never pressured us, patiently answered questions and addressed our concerns. We opted to replace the opener vs repair. Evidently, Gabe is an experienced technician - nice, neat install. Did not leave until we were shown that everything worked properly. We were highly appreciative of his courtesy and talent. Very deserving of the 5 Stars! I was impressed with the company offer to assist those who were negatively impacted by the pandemic who may need help with garage door issues-very nice to see a company reach out to the community.

Came Home from Vacation on a Saturday to a broken Garage door. Called at 1130. Said there was an available appointment between 4 and 6. Technician called at 230. Said he was running early. Would it be ok if if was there in the Next 30 minutes. Repair was complete by 4. Great service and Professional Tech!! Thanks so Much!!
