He went above and beyond to hunt down an obscure color chip that we ultimately ruled out anyway. Installers Angel and Eddie worked super fast, efficient and clean. Absolutely painless process from this reluctant DIYer's perspective. Well worth having these professionals do what they do best. He was professional, neat, explained everything about the two repair options I had (rebuild or install a new single torsion package). I made my decision and he installed the new system. He helped us select the overhead Garage Door that was very similar in color and design, and we ordered it on the spot.
