Hi, I'm Leo.
I started working for Precision as a summer job while attending Shippensburg University. I received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a major of Supply Chain Management. I studied French for nine years and was on the executive board and leader of several different clubs while in school.
I am a big Flyers fan and just an overall fan of hockey. I think teamwork is very important, and enjoy any sport or activity that involves cooperation. I play all types of sports but focus on hockey.
I very much enjoy watching movies and TV shows, as well as playing sports in my down time, and spending time with my fiance. We are animal lovers and at the moment have a kitten.

I called today to set up an appointment for a garage door repair and they said they would come out today bwt. Noon and 3 PM. What a nice surprise they were here at ll:45 AM. Leo was very patient with me in explaining what needed to be done. He finished up quickly and was very pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Doors.

Absolutely awesome company. A real, live person answers the telephone and they schedule your appointment on the spot and come to your home when promised. And, to top it all off, the work was performed and completed in record time and was done correctly! It is so nice to deal with a company that does as advertised and there is no waiting on the phone while an automated person sends you to the wrong department again and again.

Precision came out the day after I called, and sent a great technician, Lou, to repair our opener. He explained what he was going to do, did it, and was finished in less than an hour. Pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely call them again

Service provided was quick and to the point, price very responsible, and I certainly appreciate the safety check done to my unit to give possibly future maintenance. There was no pressure going over the quotes or the work done. Cornelius was very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to service my garage door opener. We needed a relatively simple repair.
1) They answered the phone the first time we called and we were easily able to schedule an appointment.
2) Their technician showed up on time and was friendly and ready to get the work started.
3) After a quick survey, technician explained to me what the issues were and presented me with cost estimate to repair.
4) Repairs were made and the cost was exactly as quoted. All same day.

First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.

Arrived even earlier than scheduled. Contacted me to make sure that was ok, then called again when he was 30 minutes away. Gave me several options to fix problem. Work was completed quickly, in less than an hour. Very professional. Satisfied with entire process, especially being able to talk to a live person (called Sat night) on initial call. Highly recommend.

Had old garage doors replaced by Precision in 2014. Service was great - new doors have been very reliable. The door we use the most was recently repaired with new pulleys, cables and springs. It now runs as smoothly as on Day One. Service was prompt, complete and courteous. Highly recommend!
