Leo spent time with us on a Saturday reviewing our options, and patiently helped us decide on color and window options. The doors look great!
Angel and Edwin did an excellent job installing everything. Only glitch was that the tracks ordered would not allow the doors to open, but they secured them and came back on Saturday to finish the job. Words cannot say how great it feels to be able to open both doors cleanly and quietly, and how great they look!
Already recommended Precision to my boss for repairs he has put off for years.

Three new Hormann Titan garage doors were carefully and perfectly installed in about 7 hours by Angel and another installer on May 8, 2017.
Tom came to our home on 4/8/17 to repair our 20 year old garage doors. I decided then to replace all three with better insulated and better quality doors. Tom did an excellent job explaining the various types of garage doors on the market to help with the decision process.
Very impressed with Precision Door Service. Staff were experienced, extremely helpful, and eager to please ..5 STARS!!! Highly recommend.

Great customer service! Recently, our garage door spring broke and a weld broke on one the panels requiring a brand new door and rail system.
Precision answered our call late on a Friday afternoon and sent a technician out the next day to tell us what was needed. Within a few days the new door/rail system was in place and we were back in business. We are quite satisfied with the new door and everyone involved.

Your repair man Angel, did an excellent job. I would recommend your company to my neighbors. Angel did a first class job of explaining various things to me, and i appreciated that of him. He is very knowledgeable in what he does.
I thought that the final cost of $529.00 was high, and i intend to check on that with your competitors. Maybe i am wrong, but as an engineer i need to make certain that i am not being over charged.
Again, i thought that Angel did a good job, and that he was very fast in performing the job. Companies need people like Angel.

We appreciate your feedback. Please note that your service included an evening "Emergency Service Fee" for which there is a $140 charge to which you had agreed to prior to coming out. That might be why you were surprised by the larger than expect repair cost.
I understand your concern. I also understand what it takes to ask a technician to get back into a work-truck after a cold, dark, 10hr winter's day to fulfill our customer's requests. The added Fee covers the overtime and incentive to ensure top quality work, even at the end of a long, cold day.

The team at Precision was great to deal with, starting with Tom the owner.
We initially wanted to temporarily remove our old door to facilitate drywall work in our garage but when the door was inspected we learned that it could not be removed without damaging it. At that point Tom walked us through the new door options without pressuring us to buy.
We ordered a new door but when it arrived the installers realized that the original measurements were incorrect and our door had to be ordered at a custom size. Tom handled this without any additional charge and the correct sized door arrived the next week.
Angel and his assistant installed the door perfectly in one morning. He raised the rails as I requested so we now have a beautiful new door with greater headroom. I would gladly recommend Precision to my friends and family.
