Dear Keith: I can't write a review as I only had a phone call from your James Hopton on 5/8/2021. I am ascertaining info from our HOA (per James) and will proceed with him accordingly. When I called I didn't know anything about your organization,but am taking a change. And as bizarre as it is, I received a call from Russ Whelan Doors (same day as your company call). I realized that call was a result from a neighbor's recommendation about Russ Whelan. But, you should know that Russ Whelan gave you such a glorious recommendation. Not only was the service excellent,the tech arrived early after contacting me by phone if that was okay. Precision was my second phone call. The first company came out, charged a service call and was uncommunicative when I asked questions. Precision called to confirm the appointment, and even called the morning of the visit to ask if they may come early. Leo (the service man who came-out) explained what he saw in my system, what the corrections were, and what I could expect from the current system. He charged for the service call only. He was professional, bright and informative. It was a pleasure to interact with him.

My experience with this company was excellent. From the beginning sales to installation, the personnel were professional. After several months, the door operates well and problem-free. My installation included a new door and all associated parts to operate the system.
