He even re-mounted the 25 year old opener to correct a minor issue from the original installer. It fixed a wobble that had been annoying me for a while. Precision was my second phone call. The first company came out, charged a service call and was uncommunicative when I asked questions. Precision called to confirm the appointment, and even called the morning of the visit to ask if they may come early. Leo (the service man who came-out) explained what he saw in my system, what the corrections were, and what I could expect from the current system. He charged for the service call only. He was professional, bright and informative. It was a pleasure to interact with him.
