We have used Precision in the past for service and for a new door for another location. Called to have Precision come out and evaluate our current door system and made the decision to replace the current opener. Jonathon Pratt was on time and took care in evaluating the whole door. After reviewing what was needed we made the decision to also replace the spring. Jonathon was very professional and took great care in making sure the system worked perfectly. I would recommend Precision, and Jonathan Pratt to do the work, to anyone who is looking to just have a service/tune-up or a whole new system installed.

This is the second time we have dealt with Precision Garage Door Service and Matthew Murphy, and once again, he has far exceeded my expectations! The first time Matthew was here was to install a brand new garage door opener (springs, pullies, the works). Honestly, he was so easy to deal with it was like hanging out with a buddy. He was here again today (far sooner than anticipated)-which was a huge plus, because the door will not shut in the afternoon-due to the sunlight on the sensors. He installed a couple of small covers which should do the trick. Again, he was a delight to work with and super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dylan explained my options for service very clearly, and I never felt pressured. I had all new door hardware installed, including springs, pulleys, rollers, and weather seal. He even re-mounted the 25 year old opener to correct a minor issue from the original installer. It fixed a wobble that had been annoying me for a while. We had pleasant conversation while he was working, and I learned some things about garage doors in the process. I am quite pleased with the whole experience. I now have estimates for a new opener, should the need arise, and I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Service when that time comes.

Frank came to help us with our doors after we had a new special seal placed on them by a handyman. The doors were not closing completely. He offered a couple solutions and explained thoroughly what to expect with each option. We settled on trying to alter the new seals which involved trimming metal. Frank also adjusted the cables and everything came out great. He saved us from having to replace the seals we had just put on. I was very appreciative of his efforts as well as his upfront explanation of what to expect. I will certainly be returning to Precision Garage Door for any future issues.
