Terrific experience from start to finish. The person who took my call repeated all my details to confirm she had them correct. Was able to get a tech out the next day. Chris, the tech, was knowledge, 7 years experience and a respectful, nice person. I got two new motors installed and all new hardware for my two garage doors. At 26 years, and all original equipment, they were ready for some replacement and love. The newer garage door openers have much more features then I was expecting (camera, motion sensor for lights, auto close, built in MyQ.....). Overall the service and equipment I received from Precision, and Chris, is excellent, thank you!

He took the time to explain everything he was doing and gave us helpful information about how much longer we could expect our LiftMaster garage door motors to last. He replaced the rollers, pulleys, bearings, and bottom rubber seals on both garage doors. He had all the necessary parts on his truck and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Recently, my garage door did not close completely and I was concerned it might be the beginning of a bigger problem. Precision responded immediately, sending a technician out to determine if any repairs were necessary. The technician, Matt, was very personable, took some time to inspect the system, answered all my questions, then presented three options for me to consider. I elected to replace several parts which were showing wear and Matt completed the work in less than an hour. We should be in good shape going forward.

The team that evaluated and serviced our garage doors was great. I felt like he listened and was honest in his assessment. Your techncian Dylan Reynolds was great! He evaluated the garage door and explained what steps needed to take place and advised which options I had to proceed with the repair of my garage door. He replaced the springs, bearings and rollers. My garage door used to make a lot of noise going up and down and now it is silent! I am very pleased with the repair job and I am happy that Dylan explained all the steps he took to complete the job before and after. I have a seven year warranty on the repair and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs repair.

Outstanding service from Precision! I needed a repair for our garage door and called and spoke with Beth. She was so friendly and immediately checked to see when a technician could come out. To my surprise, she said there was a technician in my area who could be there within the next few hours. I was so happy to hear the repair could be completed the same day.
