The tech arrived on time and was courteous, and i explained that the main reason for the call was weather stripping replacement along with a general tuneup. He reviewed the system and pointed out the age and weaknesses and presented a couple of options for treatment. I got the weather stripping and some hinges replaced as well as new rollers. The job was done quickly and i made payment and got a receipt quickly via email. Very satisfied.

Prior door spring broke and unable to open manually. Car stuck in garage. That installer couldn’t come for 20 days to fix. Precision came next day and evaluated all 3 doors and completed fix and replaced hardware for other 2 doors same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and competent. Could not be more pleased.

My garage door opener was not working properly. Having used Precision Door 6 years ago to replace my door springs and rollers, I decided to call and have my opener looked at. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the middle of the appointment window. Darrin Mills was friendly and professional explaining to me the issues with the garage door opener and what my options for replacement would be. I made my selection and the replacement was finished in under 2 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with how the job was completed; how Darrin explained the operation of the new opener; and how efficient the entire process was. One of my overhead springs broke Monday morning on our large double door. I called to make an appointment for repair and was given a Friday appointment which concerned me as we could not open our door. I was advised that they would notifiy the team that if they had any slack in their schedules that came up I would be interested in getting the repair done. A couple hours later on Monday I was contacted and told that Leo has become availble and would I like him to repair the door. I said yes and Leo arrived about 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and listened to all I had to say about the door and the components. He discussed the different components and their current shape and then constructed 3 repair options for me. I went with the one to replace the springs, cables, cable drums, and all the door rollers. Leo got to work and finished about 2 hours later and I now have a fully functioning and much quieter door. Leo brought terrific knowledge and a great attitude to the job. I'm very happy!
