I scheduled the appointment on line. response was prompt and on time for the scheduled appointment. our opener was over 20 years old. almost everything had to be replaced which we knew was probably the case. we are happy with everything that was done and the workers were efficient and courteous. It's great to have a functional opener again especially since it is a two car door and too heavy for two elderly people to open the door manually.

Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.

I just had Precision come out to my home on a Saturday. They came and fixed a bent roller track. The Teck, Dylan Reynolds, was absolutely incredible. Not only did he fix our original issue quickly, he also went up and beyond by double checking the springs and motor on the other garage door opener (and made small adjustments to that other door he wasn't even working on). I've used two other different Garage Door Companies in the past but from now on, I'm staying with Precision. I'm very happy with the knowledge, friendliness, and the fairness of their prices.
