It’s rare to find a business in which everyone is friendly, honest, and knows what they’re doing, but that’s the case with Precision. Matthew, the tech they sent, not only came when they said he would, but he called to tell me when in the four-hour window he’d arrive AND called to tell me he was on his way. In less than an hour we had new remote garage-door openers for both our cars for a reasonable price. Matthew diagnosed the problem, answered all our questions, and was a great guy to talk with. Highly recommend this outfit!

Dylan Reynolds and his co-worker were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted as to their ETA and as they got closer to the arrival time. Once there they identified themselves, and went right to work to seek the solution to my problem with the garage door not closing completely and leaving a space between the ground and rubber molding. In addition, he gave me other ideas and suggestions to make life even easier for me and the garage door. This is the first time in using Precision Garage Doors, and I was extremely impressed. They're polite, courteous, professional and very thorough in their work . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage work done. Says something positive for the owners and company. Have used Precision previously. They repaired garage stripping and installed new remotes and key pads. Technicians were friendly and efficient. They also inspected the doors and made recommendations for optimal garage door operation. Getting an appointment was quick and easy.
