From the moment you call for an appointment, you are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently. You don't have to wait any appreciable time for the appointment and Precision is meticulous about keeping you up-to-date about your upcoming visit -- projected price and the precise time of the serviceperson's arrival....which in my case, proceeded exactly as planned. To make matters even better, the representative, Dylan, kept in touch before arriving and was punctual, very cordial, and knew immediately how to solve the problem and did so quickly. You can't ask for anything more!

Great service from the start! Went online Thursday evening and was able to get someone here as soon as Friday afternoon. Matt was great! Temporarily fixed the door so it was useable while we wait for the panel to come in to fix the door more permanently. Explained the problem, answered all of questions, and offered multiple solutions for how to fix things more long term. Great experience!
