I called Precision Door to repair my garage door. I met Dylan the technician who looked at my door and explained what was wrong, and gave me options and estimates. I choose the better of two options, and he completed the job by himself in a minimum amount of time with perfection. He is very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. I would truly recommend Precision Doors to anyone. Great job Dylan, I am a satisfied customer.

We have used Precision in the past for service and for a new door for another location. Called to have Precision come out and evaluate our current door system and made the decision to replace the current opener. Jonathon Pratt was on time and took care in evaluating the whole door. After reviewing what was needed we made the decision to also replace the spring. Jonathon was very professional and took great care in making sure the system worked perfectly. I scheduled the appointment on line. response was prompt and on time for the scheduled appointment. our opener was over 20 years old. almost everything had to be replaced which we knew was probably the case. we are happy with everything that was done and the workers were efficient and courteous. It's great to have a functional opener again especially since it is a two car door and too heavy for two elderly people to open the door manually.

Our 25-year old garage door opener died between Christmas and New Year. Despite it being the holiday season, Precision scheduled a a technician to be at our home the following day. Chris, the technician, was superb. He gave us several options to deal with the problem, ranging from a less expensive repair of our old unit to replacement with a selection of new unit. We had a new unit and an operating garage door opener with 2 hours. I was thoroughly satisfied.
