We have used Precision in the past for service and for a new door for another location. Called to have Precision come out and evaluate our current door system and made the decision to replace the current opener. Jonathon Pratt was on time and took care in evaluating the whole door. After reviewing what was needed we made the decision to also replace the spring. Jonathon was very professional and took great care in making sure the system worked perfectly. We had a broken overhead bracket on one of our garage doors that held our light and operator. Tina did a great job solving the issue with a much more secure solution. She also did an inspection of both doors and saw that one of our springs was quite worn. She replaced it with a new one and made sure our door operated properly. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

Percision seems less than Precise. They called on the wrong phone number and and then arrogantly told me I would be charged the service fee again to do the repair. They started by messing up the phone numbers and then wanted $315($460 with the double service charge) for a $20 part that takes less than 10 minutes to install. I would avoid this very confussed, rude and expensive company. Literally anyone else would be the better way to go.

Our garage door opener broke Sunday night and we were pretty sure we needed a new one. The old one was 22 years old!! We called several places yesterday (Monday) and the first to call back almost immediately was Keith from Precision. We set an appointment for 4 PM yesterday afternoon and Bryan came out to service our garage door opener. He recommended a new belt opener and also told us our pulleys were shot. We had him replace the opener and pulleys and two hours later, we had a new garage door opener. Bryan was efficient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will recommend Precision to all our friends and family.

Brian was on time, had the parts, and made the necessary repairs to the springs in less than an hour. He also tightened up all of the bolts on both garage doors. Brian was great to deal with. Will definitely use Precision again when we have a need.
