Leo was great - explained the issues with openers, and gave options to either temporarily repair or replace entirely. While we'll certainly need to replace everything at some point, we repaired for now. Great service, will go back to Precision for future work.

Dylan was very knowledgeable and was able to discuss options for repairs after reviewing the functionality/mechanics of our aging door. He was able to install a new opener and replace springs during the same scheduled visit. He even went above and beyond to help me reprogram my car to the new opener. FULL SERVICE!! Matt Murphy was great. He got 2 of the doors to fully retract, 1 of the obsolete electronic door wall controllers replaced with a simple button for opening and closing. He could not have been easier to work with and was kind in the face of a customer that was in the middle of filing his taxes...BRAVO!

Did a very thorough job, troubleshooting and solving the issue with the opener that wasn't working, as well as assessing the condition of both openers and doors, and making recommendations on how to improve their operating condition.
