Outstanding service from Precision! I needed a repair for our garage door and called and spoke with Beth. She was so friendly and immediately checked to see when a technician could come out. To my surprise, she said there was a technician in my area who could be there within the next few hours. I was so happy to hear the repair could be completed the same day. Six minutes later, the technician, Chris, arrived! He was so friendly and professional and immediately diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate. He completed the repair within the hour. The whole process, from my initial call to completion, took just 90 minutes—and it was all done with superior service! I am a returning customer and will definitely continue to use Precision in the future. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you, Beth and Chris!!

One of our remote openers had stopped working. Dylan came out and examined the system to make sure that everything was working properly and determined that it was just the remote. Not only did he replace it but gave us a brand new set so now we have an extra one. He was very thorough and went over the details and told us there would be no charge.

Second time we are using Precision Door to fix a garage door where the coil has broken. From booking online to the communication of ETA of technicians-they were on time and schedule. Chris Yanko fixed our door today and he was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and along with all the options. Our garage door is working again and we feel great about the 10 year warranty it comes with. Would definitely use them in the future when we replace the Liftmaster motor sometime in the future.
