I had the garage door accidentally close on a broom handle. This significantly damaged the door. I called Precision Door because my neighbors across the street recommended them. Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. He closed the door and locked it which made me feel more secure. I feel very confident in his ability to install a new door if that is the decision I make. Thanks

I had a broken garage door spring. I was looking for a local company that would be able to respond quickly and fix the door properly. I got both of those when I contacted Precision. Tina was able to diagnose the issue and provide other issues that she located. Tina had the garage door fixed and working better than before in less than 45 minutes. Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. Leo was my technician. He was knowledgeable and very specific. He was so good he upselled me and I ended up purchasing a new motor , wheels , and other stuff to make it all work. He did it so quick and the post the job also explained it all well in terms of setting the new key pads and controls. I would suggest to my friends that own there own businesses to hire a guy like Leo and with that type of thing experience mad great customer experience you can train him on any other skill set.
