Technician that came out to look at my problem was very knowledgeable and clear as to what my door needed. Told that part would take 3 to 4 weeks to get to your facility. That was December 6th It's now 6 weeks and have not heard from Anyone!!!! This is becoming a pain since my wife and I use this door to get to our other garage , take out trash and get wood for our fireplace insert Please respond as your rating is getting lower with every day I wait. Arrived 1.7 hours after scheduled appointment. Would not have minded much, except that I received an arrival update 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Michael, the Precision mechanic, was not the original assigned for the job and was courteous and professional. Work was completed with satisfaction.

A service appointment was easy to schedule and very quick. The repairman was able to come early, which I know is not always the case. But he called to make sure the timeframe fit my schedule. It was a simple loose wire repair therefore he was here and gone within 15 minutes. He also lubricated the door hinges as a courtesy. Very satisfied with the friendly service. Only 4 stars since there were no parts purchased and the repair only took a few minutes, yet the cost was still close to $100. so I thought that was a little expensive. Just my uniformed opinion on labor expenses.

I would give 4.5 stars. We had a new garage door installed today. The door looks beautiful and installation of door and trim was great. I would have given 5 stars, however, the caulking around the door was a bit messy/uneven, so a little disappointed in that.

Greg did an excellent job replacing the broken spring. My garage door is now run very smoothly. I would have given a 5 star rating were it not for the high cost of the spring and replacement cables.

A. J. was on right on time (a few minutes ahead of schedule actually) and assessed the problem(s) with the garage door quickly. We agreed on a scope of work and a price and he went to work right away. He finished the repair work in a reasonable time frame. A. J. did not oversell what was needed which was refreshing. A.J. replaced the springs, pulleys, cables and safety cables on one garage door and lubricated and replaced the rubber seal on the threshold on both garage doors. I did not see A.J's bio on your website. Having background investigations and drug tests is always comforting. I did not know this fact about Precision Door Service until I was sent this survey. I would recommend Precision Door Service to friends.

The heavy duty spring on my garage door broke after twenty years and I needed a company that could come out to my home in a day or so to replace the spring and pulley along with the safety wire. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and had both springs replaced in about thirty minutes along with lubricating the rollers on the repaired door. And yes, he checked my other garage door opener and lubricated it also to improve on the tension of opening and closing the doors. Would not hesitate asking Precision Door Service for help in the future.

Our garage spring broke (on Sunday afternoon of course) and needed the car on Monday. I called expecting to get a recording to call an emergency number and then get someone on Monday. Was pleasantly surprised to get a live person and was told a technician can come in the evening. About a half hour later Bryan called to say he was in the area so he showed up about 45 minutes after my initial call. Bryan was very professional and explained what he was gonna do - replacing both springs. He completed his work in about a 1/2 an hour or so, we were very pleased with his work

Your repair man Angel, did an excellent job. I would recommend your company to my neighbors. Angel did a first class job of explaining various things to me, and i appreciated that of him. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I thought that the final cost of $529.00 was high, and i intend to check on that with your competitors. Maybe i am wrong, but as an engineer i need to make certain that i am not being over charged. Again, i thought that Angel did a good job, and that he was very fast in performing the job. Companies need people like Angel.
