prompt and friendly service. I liked that the technician offered me options for my replacement door. Was very helpful in setting up my door to be able to open using my smart phone. It was great because he let me know that option was available and stayed stayed with me to set it up and make sure it worked properly. Definitely a top notch experience and I will use this company again.

One of the tracks on my overhead door had gotten damaged and my garage door wouldn't close. It was about 25 degrees. I called Precision at 8am on a Sunday and AJ was there by 9:30am and had my door fixed by 10am. Very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend them. Thanks so much for your service.

From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the job being completed, everyone at Precision Door Service was very professional & courteous. They were able to come out the next day, and our technician, Leo Cornelius was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the problem, answered all my questions and gave me all of the options so I could make the best decision (decided on a brand new opener). Once completed, he patiently went over all the new features and tested everything with me. A very positive experience. I would highly recommend Precision and would tell anybody to ask for Leo.

I had a broken garage door spring and my garage door could not be opened. I called Precision in West Chester, spoke with Brian, and an hour later Precision Service Tech A.J. was at my door! He listened to me, made measurements, diagnosed the problem, described solutions, gave accurate (and reasonable) price estimates, did quality repair work, and in less than two hours my garage door was fixed and operating better than ever! I highly recommend Precision in West Chester for quality, reliable, trustworthy garage door service!

I had a garage door go down Saturday night. I called Precision Sunday morning and had a repairman "LEO" out by 11am. Leo called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive...which was great as I could put my dogs in the yard. Leo walked me through the repair and explained why I needed an additional spring installed. I was also able to get a new key pad installed. One more thing on my list. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone who is searching for a garage door repair. Being a Regional Manager for a retail company I know first hand what excellent customer service looks like. Thanks Precision and Leo, job well done.

I have used precision door now for several years. Most recently to install 2 new doors tracks and motors. They have arrived promptly every time and the technicians are courteous, personalable and exceptionally well trained. Leo Cornelius is the technician for my area and is a true professional. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job troubleshooting door issues. I rarely write reviews but Precision Door deserves to be recognized because they are just that much better than the rest. I had a garage door emergency, couldn't get door to go up the Friday before New Years. I called Precision, they told me they'd have someone out and gave me the timeframe, he was there in time, fixed the door and charges were reasonable. All done in 7 degree weather I might add!!!

Bryan was very professional and honest. He explained what was needed to get two garage doors working like new. I would have purchased a new door, but he told me it was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty and hard work, as it was frigid outside. He rearranged his schedule, so he could complete the work for me that day, which took 6 hours. I could not be more pleased!
