Dylan explained my options for service very clearly, and I never felt pressured. I had all new door hardware installed, including springs, pulleys, rollers, and weather seal. He even re-mounted the 25 year old opener to correct a minor issue from the original installer. It fixed a wobble that had been annoying me for a while. We had pleasant conversation while he was working, and I learned some things about garage doors in the process. I am quite pleased with the whole experience. I now have estimates for a new opener, should the need arise, and I won't hesitate to call Precision Door Service when that time comes.
