I have used Precision Door Service in the past and have found them to provide excellent service at a reasonable price. They are responsive in terms of providing appointments, prompt in terms of meeting their scheduled appointment times, and provide excellent service at a fair price. The technician arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, installed and programmed a new opener and completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. It was a refreshing experience compared to many other experiences with home repair organizations (plumbers, HVAC, handy men, etc.)

Scheduled Precision for repair of failing garage door keypad. Dylan communicated the night prior and morning of the appointment to coordinate his arrival time. We discussed my problem and talked through the range of potential solutions. We went with the first option (keypad replacement) and that solved the problem. He was courteous throughout and offered helpful tips. Recommend Precision and Dylan 100%.

My wooden garage door began to intermittently produce a loud "bang" when the bottom of it reached the garage floor. I did my own troubleshooting: there were no broken cables and no obstructions. I called Precision and did not have to wait long for a scheduled appointment. Dylan arrived on time and performed a complete inspection of the door and opener equipment. It was evident to me that he is knowledgeable and likes the work he does. He answered all my questions about the operation of the door, the opener and remote control. It took patience to diagnose the problem since the loud bang was intermittent. Dylan discovered that the steel bracket attached to the garage door did not provide double-sided support of the arm that moves the door up and down (even though it was securely fastened and posed no safety risk) and was the cause of the intermittent banging. He replaced the bracket and the garage door movement has never been quieter! He also adjusted the spring tension and door movement position settings.

Dylan Reynolds and his co-worker were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted as to their ETA and as they got closer to the arrival time. Once there they identified themselves, and went right to work to seek the solution to my problem with the garage door not closing completely and leaving a space between the ground and rubber molding. In addition, he gave me other ideas and suggestions to make life even easier for me and the garage door. This is the first time in using Precision Garage Doors, and I was extremely impressed. They're polite, courteous, professional and very thorough in their work . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage work done. Says something positive for the owners and company. We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.
