One of our remote openers had stopped working. Dylan came out and examined the system to make sure that everything was working properly and determined that it was just the remote. Not only did he replace it but gave us a brand new set so now we have an extra one. He was very thorough and went over the details and told us there would be no charge.

Dylan Reynolds was excellent, he solved the issue in an hour and did not try to oversell me. He was kind and cordial, understanding and not overbearing. He took my lack of knowledge in stride and educated me, rather than taking advantage of me.

Prior door spring broke and unable to open manually. Car stuck in garage. That installer couldn’t come for 20 days to fix. Precision came next day and evaluated all 3 doors and completed fix and replaced hardware for other 2 doors same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and competent. Could not be more pleased.
