We had Dylan out to our house to diagnose and repair both our garage doors. He was prompt, friendly and willing to put up with our "helpful" dog. Prior door spring broke and unable to open manually. Car stuck in garage. That installer couldn’t come for 20 days to fix. Precision came next day and evaluated all 3 doors and completed fix and replaced hardware for other 2 doors same day. The technician was very knowledgeable and competent. Could not be more pleased.

Making an appt was so easy online and we verbally confirmed with the office. We explained our predicament with the wall keypd outside and our attempts to replace it and program it. Dylan showed up promptly within the window of time and called to tell us when he should arrive. He was quite efficient in connecting the new keypad and tested it several times. The price was the easy part. Very fair. We're happy with the results.
