I have used Precision a few times since 2017 and the service is always outstanding. My service technician for my latest service (Dylan) was prompt and took the time to walk me through the options for the repair without trying to upsell me. After the work was completed Dylan took the time to walk me through the simple functions of the garage door in case I needed to make an adjustment in the future which would eliminate the need for a service call.

To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. I just had Precision come out to my home on a Saturday. They came and fixed a bent roller track. The Teck, Dylan Reynolds, was absolutely incredible.
