Dillon arrived and very quickly showed me that my garage door opener was still working but I had it on lock. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and explained what to expect and the actions I would need to take. These men are both assets to your company and you can be secure on that knowledge.

The installer was very polite and pleasant and communicated clearly the issues with my door that were repairable which I appreciated. My door opener was in working order but the rollers were old and corroded and the track needed lubrication. I very much appreciated not having to buy a new opener especially since I could see the effects of the tariffs on the price of a new one that he quoted - the price has doubled since 2021 which was the last time I had to replace one in a different house.
