The cable on my garage door snapped. I looked on the internet for a garage door company and saw your ad and was very satisfied in contacting you and that was a Saturday. The person I spoke to got me in on Tuesday which was very convenient for me. Dylan came on time and connected with me as to his ETA. He was very explanatory, assessed my situation and gave me three options. I chose one and he proceeded to fix the door. He was very efficient , timely and even helpful with an unrelated issue I had. I must say, from minute one this place is tip-top. Late one evening a sound like a bomb going off in my garage. Went out and a spring literally broke making the door not usable and a mess with all the cabling. My house is 6 years old and new construction materials used. I called at 830am and the receptionist was soooo nice on the phone and I asked if someone could come out same day, she said yes we have a tech in the area and he can come out in the hour! I was like, fantastic! Thank you!!! DYLAN was the tech that came out, super nice guy and plays guitar very very well : ) .... He worked with me on what was needed and basically rebuilt the whole door better than brand new. I'll say this much, my door had the metal rollers for the tracks --- the upgrade of nylon rollers for the door and torsion spring rather than springs above --- the right move and the door is quietly and runs soooo much more smoothly than it was new! I spent some $$$ that day but I paid a great price for very good quality of work performed. I would recommend this company and Dylan every day of the week. Thanks again.
