Dylan Reynolds and his co-worker were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted as to their ETA and as they got closer to the arrival time. Once there they identified themselves, and went right to work to seek the solution to my problem with the garage door not closing completely and leaving a space between the ground and rubber molding. In addition, he gave me other ideas and suggestions to make life even easier for me and the garage door. This is the first time in using Precision Garage Doors, and I was extremely impressed. They're polite, courteous, professional and very thorough in their work . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage work done. Says something positive for the owners and company. Dylan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Even though I am elderly, not especially knowledgeable of garage doors, and somewhat deaf, he was very patient and instructive in his explanation of what needed to be done. We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

Dylan was quick to diagnose the problem with our garage remote / keypad. He started with an evaluation of the garage doors and associated hardware to assess condition and presented various options with estimates. Overall very happy with the prompt service provided by Dylan.
