The engineer put in all new accoutrements for the door, e.g., springs, machinery, door opener system, etc., which had all worn out. Dylan Reynolds and his co-worker were absolutely wonderful. They kept me posted as to their ETA and as they got closer to the arrival time. Once there they identified themselves, and went right to work to seek the solution to my problem with the garage door not closing completely and leaving a space between the ground and rubber molding. In addition, he gave me other ideas and suggestions to make life even easier for me and the garage door. This is the first time in using Precision Garage Doors, and I was extremely impressed. They're polite, courteous, professional and very thorough in their work . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing garage work done. Says something positive for the owners and company.
