Our door opener died on Sunday afternoon. I spoke with Chris on Sunday and he was able to schedule a technician appointment for us on Monday. Tina arrived at the expected time and did a great job. She explained every aspect of the process. She explained the differences of the various openers that we're available and gave a clear explanation of the functions once she was done with the installation.
