This is the second time we have dealt with Precision Garage Door Service and Matthew Murphy, and once again, he has far exceeded my expectations! The first time Matthew was here was to install a brand new garage door opener (springs, pullies, the works). Honestly, he was so easy to deal with it was like hanging out with a buddy. He was here again today (far sooner than anticipated)-which was a huge plus, because the door will not shut in the afternoon-due to the sunlight on the sensors. He installed a couple of small covers which should do the trick. Again, he was a delight to work with and super efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Matthew was a most personable and courteous technician who took the time to explain why my garage door spring had failed and then performed a thorough review of all of the working parts of the door.
