Great experience. Received a phone call from DC Moncrief asking if he could come early, which was awesome! I showed him what was wrong and he did his inspection and found not only my spring broken but my cables messed up. Everything was fixed in a timely fashion. DC went over everything he did and sent me quotes for a new opened for when its time. Very nice and friendly tech.

Matthew was a most personable and courteous technician who took the time to explain why my garage door spring had failed and then performed a thorough review of all of the working parts of the door. When completed he explained which components in addition to the spring should be replaced and then gave me an estimate for the work which was very reasonable and I accepted. Just over and hour later my door was up and running again! A great experience, I will use Precision again.

Our technician, Leo, showed up right on time and explained our repair/ replace options clearly and concisely. We chose to replace our garage door opener and he installed a new opener with a wall switch and keypad in less than an hour and a half. Leo then demonstrated the operation of our new system, which works very well and is quieter than the old system. I would not hesitate to use Precision again for any service our garage door may need in the future.

Everyone at Precision Door was great and did exactly what they said they would do. A previous garage door repair service I used couldn’t give me a time when they could service my door and actually seemed disinterested to get the job. That’s when I got online and found Precision Door. I first talked to Beth who was extremely personable and knowledgeable to ask me the right questions to get my garage door repaired properly. She told me that Mike would be the Service Technician who would work on my door and gave me a time when Mike would arrive at my house. Mike contacted me before arriving and was at my house when promised. Mike was also extremely personable and knowledgeable of garage door repair. Mike told me the repair would take about 1 - 1.5 hours and the job was completed perfectly within that time. The price for their quality work was very reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I goggled garage repair and Precision came up. I spoke with an employee who scheduled me for the next day. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite. Due to a delay at the doctor’s office, I was running late for my 2:30 appointment. The Precision Tech, Eddie called my cell at 2:31, politely asking if the scheduled time was 3PM rather than 2:30, since there was no one at the house. I assured him the error was mine, and I gave him the code to one of the working doors so he could assess the repairs needed. I arrived at 2:44, and he had reviewed what would be needed and presented three options. The first would correct the immediate problem, the second would also address some other wear issues, and the third would be a full replacement of every wear part on all three doors. All of the doors are used daily, so I opted to have everything replace on all three doors. In about two hours, all of the work was complete, and Eddie was cleaning up the work area. The 5 year old doors were as quiet as a mouse. I was so pleased, I asked about the possibility of a PM program, which I purchased. The final bill was just about what I had budgeted when I first reached out to Precision a few days earlier. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of the work, the ruggedness of the parts installed, and the fee charged.
