Darrin attended trade school and went on to own his auto repair center. He has a passion for troubleshooting problems and providing customers with exceptional experiences. When he's not working, Darrin enjoys home improvement projects and spending time with his wife in Ocean City, MD, especially during the winter months. I needed to replace the original garage door opener for my home after the unit failed. Scheduling my appointment was handled very smoothly and in a timely fashion. On the day of the install, the technician (Darrin Mills) called to let me know at what time he was going to arrive. His arrival estimate was spot on and once on site, Darrin listened to my expectations and then thoroughly explained my options. Once I'd made the decision for materials, he set to work and installed the new door opener and tested its operation. To close out the install, Darrin made sure I understood the operation of the new hardware and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
