Great service! Precision Door installed my garage door 5 years ago and I contacted them for a service check. Making the appointment was easy and I was updated the day of and while the technician was on his way. Darrin M, who installed the door 5 years ago, provided service for a loose chain and spring tightening. Darrin is very professional and he discussed the reason for the issue and how he would fix it. I had the good fortune of having Darrin Mills providing excellent service this afternoon. I had had to open the garage door manually during the recent storm in this area. Unfortunately, neither me nor my good neighbor could figure out to configure the door back to normal remote operation. Darrin Mills did an excellent job performing my Garage Door Opener motor battery replacement. He arrived exactly on time and also called me to tell me he was on his way. I did not have to wait through the 4 hour time window because he arrived at the start of the 4 hour time window. He checked the door operation and changed my remote controls' batteries. He also showed me how to open the motor housing door for when I have to change the light bulbs. I also appreciated only having to wait two days for the appointment. The price was very reasonable. This was a five star job!

My garage door opener was not working properly. Having used Precision Door 6 years ago to replace my door springs and rollers, I decided to call and have my opener looked at. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the middle of the appointment window. Darrin Mills was friendly and professional explaining to me the issues with the garage door opener and what my options for replacement would be. I made my selection and the replacement was finished in under 2 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with how the job was completed; how Darrin explained the operation of the new opener; and how efficient the entire process was.
