Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. Explain everything and have a smile the whole time I wish I could run into more repair people like Leo.

Gentlemen came out when he said he would, explained everything, gave an estimated cost, fixed the problem in a timely manner(also gave an estimated time, which was accurate), was very professional and applied a coupon at the end which brought the cost to a lower amount than the estimation. Like many of you we were faced with a sudden garage door problem. It jammed and left the track. We called Precision and they were able to get Tina to come out the very next day. She called us and kept us in the loop as to when she would arrive & was extremely prompt (almost to the minute). Tina did a thorough inspection, told us our problem and gave us all our options. Our problems were vast so we opted to just get a new door. We are very pleased with Precision's technician and will be happy to submit another review when the job is completed.

I needed to replace the original garage door opener for my home after the unit failed. Scheduling my appointment was handled very smoothly and in a timely fashion. On the day of the install, the technician (Darrin Mills) called to let me know at what time he was going to arrive. His arrival estimate was spot on and once on site, Darrin listened to my expectations and then thoroughly explained my options. Once I'd made the decision for materials, he set to work and installed the new door opener and tested its operation. To close out the install, Darrin made sure I understood the operation of the new hardware and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Darrin professionalism represented himself and his employer very well. Excellent service!
