Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. As good business practice I should have been notified the technician was delayed as I kept the morning open and required the afternoon to perform necessary errands.
