Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. My service technician was Dylan. He was great. Took the time to explain to the repairs that were needed for my garage door. He gave me three options and went over in detail with each option entailed. Today we had Dylan out from Precision Garage Door Service. He was very professional. He listened to our concerns and then started to access the problem. He provided us with suggestions on the repair and gave us options. He proceeded with the replacement of the keypad and tune-up on the garage door. He was efficient in his repairs. Dylan Reynolds is personable and competent technician. He knows his business and is efficient. To a separate topic - this morning a technician was scheduled to arrive at my residence between 8 and 12. At 11:45 after telephoning Precision Services I was told the technician was delayed. As good business practice I should have been notified the technician was delayed as I kept the morning open and required the afternoon to perform necessary errands. Tina was very efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our choice. She even added on weather stripping when I requested it at the last minute at the end of a very long day for her. The doors work beautifully and are so much quieter which was an unexpected bonus! Hopefully we never have the springs on both doors break within a few days of each other again, but if we do we won’t hesitate to call Precision and Tina back out to fix them.

I had a broken garage door spring. I was looking for a local company that would be able to respond quickly and fix the door properly. I got both of those when I contacted Precision. Tina was able to diagnose the issue and provide other issues that she located. Tina had the garage door fixed and working better than before in less than 45 minutes. I hope I don’t have any other garage door issues in the near future but if I do, I know who I will call.

I contacted Precision on Friday evening via their website to schedule an appointment since my garage door motor died. I contacted Precision based on the previous work they performed two years ago and was very satisfied with the products and workmanship.
