Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. I recently moved to West Chester, a week after my move my garage door stopped working. I could tell that the motor was the problem. I went online and found Precision Garage Door, I immediately called and described the problem. An appointment was set up for 8:00 am to 9:00am the next day. Dylan showed up on time with a truck full of everything you need to perform the installation of a new motor, new key pad and 2 new remotes. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable and also a gentleman. The repairs were made in less than 2 hours, Dylan explained in detail what he did. Both Chris and Jonathan arrived in a timely fashion, and after listening to the problems I was experiencing, they took a brief while to inspect the garage and the workings of the door, etc. They then explained that I either could have parts installed in an effort to get the motor working or decide to replace the motor itself. Due to the age of the motor, it was an easy decision for me to simply replace the door opener and I was then given the options I had for the replacement. I felt secure in everything they told me and after making the decision on the type of motor, Jonathan proceeded with the installation. Both Chris and Jonathan were very personable and professional, and put me at ease with my decision. After the installation was performed, Jonathan then explained everything I needed to know regarding the working of the motor, the remotes, etc. It was a pleasure having them arrive, and do the work all in one day (actually a little over 2 1/2 hours). They were both a pleasure to deal with and I will definitely use Precision again in the future should I have the need?
