Highly recommend this business! A first impression of a company for us is usually made during the initial phone call. Beth immediately made a positive impression. She was friendly, professional and very helpful. Beth quickly scheduled a repair tech and explained how the process would work. Technician Dylan Reynolds arrived to troubleshoot and repair. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed explanation in a straight-forward way customers can understand. Dylan provided us with multiple options, explaining each thoroughly and provided clear answers to all of our questions. Dylan's work exceeded our expectations. It was evident that Dylan is focused on providing top-notch expertise and above-and-beyond customer service. What started as a frazzled morning stuck at home with a broken garage door and missed appointments was turned into a wonderful experience by Precision who clearly cares about their business and customers!!

The entire process was as easy as it gets. From making an appointment, to the communication from the Technician Leo about when he would arrive. As I was not home, Leo reached out after evaluating my problem and thoroughly explained a few options for the repairs I needed. I ended up needing to replace a few components as it was pretty old (1996). During the repair/replacement he kept me updated and again reached out when he was all done. Sent me over the invoice for me to look which was easy to read and understand and everything was broken down so I could see what I was spending my money on. When I arrived at home that section of the garage was cleaner then I left it and everything was installed very nicely. My garage door finally does not wake the whole neighborhood or shake my house anymore. I could not be happier with the job. I highly recommend this company and even more so Leo.

Dylan arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed my problems and explained to me, in layman’s terms, what was going on. He spelled out my options, letting me know the cost of each, as well as pointing out the warranty differences. When I had decided on the option, he had all the parts available in his van and was able to start immediately and make the repairs. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was accompanied by his dog, Ziggy. After a quick meet and greet with my dog, Rosie, we all agreed the two dogs could play together, and they proceeded to tire each other out.

Frank came to help us with our doors after we had a new special seal placed on them by a handyman. The doors were not closing completely. He offered a couple solutions and explained thoroughly what to expect with each option. We settled on trying to alter the new seals which involved trimming metal. Frank also adjusted the cables and everything came out great. He saved us from having to replace the seals we had just put on. I was very appreciative of his efforts as well as his upfront explanation of what to expect. I will certainly be returning to Precision Garage Door for any future issues.
