Making an appt was so easy online and we verbally confirmed with the office. We explained our predicament with the wall keypd outside and our attempts to replace it and program it. Dylan showed up promptly within the window of time and called to tell us when he should arrive. He was quite efficient in connecting the new keypad and tested it several times. The price was the easy part. Very fair. We're happy with the results.

Another 5 Star service experience from Precision Garage Door!! Our technician Leo called ahead of schedule to let us know when he would arrive. He did a fantastic job replacing our old opener. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and reviewed options for a replacement unit. The installation went smoothly and after the installation he went over the new system with us. Great experience. Received a phone call from DC Moncrief asking if he could come early, which was awesome! I showed him what was wrong and he did his inspection and found not only my spring broken but my cables messed up. Everything was fixed in a timely fashion. DC went over everything he did and sent me quotes for a new opened for when its time. Very nice and friendly tech.

I had one side of our garage fixed many years ago, almost before I moved in here. Presently, I had been struggling with a snapped spring (sounds like a shotgun) and tried to fix it. The entire process was as easy as it gets. From making an appointment, to the communication from the Technician Leo about when he would arrive. As I was not home, Leo reached out after evaluating my problem and thoroughly explained a few options for the repairs I needed. I ended up needing to replace a few components as it was pretty old (1996). During the repair/replacement he kept me updated and again reached out when he was all done. Sent me over the invoice for me to look which was easy to read and understand and everything was broken down so I could see what I was spending my money on. When I arrived at home that section of the garage was cleaner then I left it and everything was installed very nicely. My garage door finally does not wake the whole neighborhood or shake my house anymore. I could not be happier with the job. I highly recommend this company and even more so Leo.

Dylan arrived on time and was very courteous. He diagnosed my problems and explained to me, in layman’s terms, what was going on. He spelled out my options, letting me know the cost of each, as well as pointing out the warranty differences. When I had decided on the option, he had all the parts available in his van and was able to start immediately and make the repairs. He worked neatly and efficiently. He was accompanied by his dog, Ziggy. After a quick meet and greet with my dog, Rosie, we all agreed the two dogs could play together, and they proceeded to tire each other out.
