The tech did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. He also did a safety check and showed me how to properly lube the doors for smooth operation. I recommend Precision very highly!!

They were great explaining what was wrong and provided three different options. They were then able to install things and get my garage up and running again. They were kind and friendly. I called Precision at 6:15am and within one hour, Dave returned my call and arranged for Technician Gabriel to meet with me between 2-5pm the same day. Gabriel arrived at 2:30pm and made the necessary repair. While I cannot make a price comparison, I am grateful that my garage door spring was repaired within one day.
