Responded to my needs quickly. Technician arrived right on time, inspected the garage door area and provided several options for corrective service. Explained all the options and provided costs for each of the options. Technician was personable and professional. I had the garage door accidentally close on a broom handle. This significantly damaged the door. I called Precision Door because my neighbors across the street recommended them. Matthew was the service technician. He was very customer focused and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time measuring in order to give me an estimate for repair. He closed the door and locked it which made me feel more secure. I feel very confident in his ability to install a new door if that is the decision I make. Thanks

I had a broken garage door spring. I was looking for a local company that would be able to respond quickly and fix the door properly. I got both of those when I contacted Precision. Tina was able to diagnose the issue and provide other issues that she located. Tina had the garage door fixed and working better than before in less than 45 minutes. I hope I don’t have any other garage door issues in the near future but if I do, I know who I will call.

Tina arrived to the house at the time scheduled. She efficiently performed a check of our garage door operating system (operator, springs, etc…), lubricated the door’s rollers and made her recommendations. She was very professional, did not try to pressure us to replace the system but gave us an assessment of our operator. When the time comes to replace the door’s operator, Precision is who we will call.
