When my garage door malfunctioned, I called Precision Door Service. Matthew Murphy was the service technician assigned to my call. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. I have used Precision in the past and was very pleased with the service. Now at my new home I needed service. Precision came out Monday 12/9 after putting in the request on Friday 12/6. They even made my call the first one. Chris and Tina called the night before and the day of to let me know what find they would arrive. They accessed my door and gave me a quote. They had all the parts needed for the repairs and did so in a timely manner. I could not ask for better service and highly recommend Precision.

Dylan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant to work with. Even though I am elderly, not especially knowledgeable of garage doors, and somewhat deaf, he was very patient and instructive in his explanation of what needed to be done. We were woken up early one morning to a loud bang and discovered that the spring was broken on our garage door. I called Precision Door for a repair. They did not have any openings that day and had to book an after-hours visit because we had two cars trapped. The dispatcher reached out to the technician and he bumped us up in the queue. He was out to our house an hour later and explained all of the options that were available. I opted to replace more than just the spring and am so glad we did. The garage door is over 15 years old and is now working better than when it was installed. We can barely hear the garage door open from anywhere in our house. I cannot say enough good things about the service that Dylan Reynolds provided. We are very pleased with everything.

I have used Precision door as a recommendation from a friend. I had just moved in and they replaced parts of the garage door and a new keypad. During the first year i had issues with the key pad and they came and fixed it promptly. I still had issues with the key pad after the first year and they were very responsive in solving the issue. I want to say how pleased I am with the response from Precision Door. I discovered an issue with my garage door (broken spring) on Thursday, July 25 and they were able to send a service tech (Darrin Mills) the very next day to repair it. Darrin serviced my garage door on July 26, 2024. He notified me the day before and the morning of when he would be arriving. He was punctual and very friendly. Darrin approached his work very professionally and did an excellent job with the repair of my garage door. If I ever have another issue with my garage door or if anyone is looking for a recommendation, I will certainly steer them to Precision Door.

Vaughn repaired the safety eyes on my middle door and installed a new head on my 1st door. The existing head replaced was 25 years old. He did a great job completing the work promptly, checked to ensure all openers were working properly and lubricated as needed. Very pleased with the customer service.
