Very professional operation from start to finish. A cable snapped and we could not get our garage door to open or close without extreme effort. They were able to send Mike out the day after I called. Mike was on time and after checki8ng everything out offered 3 different solutions. The cheapest was to just get the garage door functioning again. The other 2 involved replacing rollers and springs that were showing signs of wear. As the garage door hadn't been serviced in many years I decided to go the whole distance so I wouldn't have to worry about those other parts failing over the next 4 years. Not cheap, but unlike another company I had once used Mike had a large truck with all the parts. He replaced the springs a second time before he left after I tried the door and still found it difficult to close. I wish I had used this company a year ago when I had an iffy company replace the weatherstripping on the bottom of the garage door. I guess you get what you pay for. The employees are obviously well-trained and know what they are doing.

Technician came out within the 2 hour window arranged, gave me several options on how many things I could repair and allowed me to choose. He was very polite and repaired what I chose very quickly while there. Everything is working perfectly!

Angel showed up, figured out fast why the garage door was jamming up, replaced the bent part, adjusted the closer, and lubed the tracks and rollers. He was done quick and got my garage door working like new again. Thanks! -Ed
