My garage door broke late in the evening. I was able to get a service technician out her by noon on a Sunday and the repairs (there was a lot of them) was completed within a few hours. Great service, the technician was amazing. Thank you so much

Made a bad situation the highlight of my day. My door spring broke and I was unable to use my garage door. I called at 8 Leo was at my door at 930 and by 1030 my garage door was better than ever. Leo was fantastic. Really enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend.

Darrin Mills was an Angel in disguise. He had the patience of Jobe . The door opened and closed perfectly when he arrived and we tried many times for it to stick. He said well we'll give it a couple more times and low and behold it finally STUCK. He finally saw what had happened to me. He had to replace part of the track and now it works fine. 5 stars for Darrin.

Leo was able to come a little earlier than the appointment window. He immediately diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener which the belt was worn out. He gave me options of replacing the old belt and rail or replacing the door opener. Since my old opener was 19 years old and could break down at any time, I decided to go with a new opener. He gave me 3 options with one brand and 2 options with another brand. I knew the garage door was also out of balance so he recommended that I get new springs, cables, and pulley's replaced which I did. One of the cables he took off was in strands and ready to break, so replacing these parts was a good decision to make sure the new opener was not over stressed and so the door could move smoothly. It was an unexpected and very expensive job, and I have no idea what a job like this could cost, so I hope that this job was a fair price for everything. Leo was able to give a discount as part of a package deal with all involved. That said, Leo was extremely well mannered, patient with my questions, and was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. He knows what he is doing and probably took less than 2 hours to replace and adjust everything. The garage door is moving smoothly and quietly. Hopefully things will be working problem free for many years. Well done Leo and team for the quick scheduling and service. Regards, Robert

I guess it has something to do with Corporate Culture. We have been using Precision for over 20 years, in three different states and three different homes. The technicians in every case have been courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Currently, we have replaced both door motors and had service work done since February by this division/branch/franchise and again, the technician, A.J. Yanko, was efficient and thorough. Couldn't even tell he had been here when he left, clean and neat. Everything was operating efficiently and all programming completed. Their pricing has always been competitive. When the time comes to replace both doors we only have one call to make.

Excellent service. Received email confirmation once scheduled. Initial email contained employee pictures. Received another email identifying which employee would service the call. Morning of appointment employee called and introduced himself, confirmed scheduled time and provided ETA. He arrived on time as originally scheduled. He was neatly dressed, polite, well groomed and knowledgeable. We discussed the issue (frayed cable, single strand remaining) and he then proceeded to do an overall inspection. Upon completion of inspection, he offered 3 different levels of service from fixing the immediate issue to replacing parts that tend to have a similar service life. We opted for "fixing the immediate issue". He went to work and was done in no time at all. I will most definitely call them for future service and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
