Garage door needed to be replaced. Leo removed the old double door and all hardware and installed new hardware and door. I am very pleased with the work he did!! Everything operates perfectly, looks great, and he cleaned up after the work was done. Absolutely no negatives plus Leo was a great guy. Very friendly, knew what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable with both him and Precision Door Service. Would not hesitate to use them in the future. Highly recommend!

We liked your repair work on our garage door previously. Danny was very nice, Explained the problems and worked on the door. It has never been so quiet when it works. Very pleased with the service. He did several things to fix our door.

Our garage spring broke (on Sunday afternoon of course) and needed the car on Monday. I called expecting to get a recording to call an emergency number and then get someone on Monday. Was pleasantly surprised to get a live person and was told a technician can come in the evening. About a half hour later Bryan called to say he was in the area so he showed up about 45 minutes after my initial call. Bryan was very professional and explained what he was gonna do - replacing both springs. He completed his work in about a 1/2 an hour or so, we were very pleased with his work

The Technician was knowledgeable and fixed our problems with both garage doors. We were concerned that the one would fall down on my car every time we came into the garage. We would select a 5 star rating on the repair and the technician. We had used your company before and your service continued to be performed at the best quality.

Dan and Bill came out to install a new garage door openener for me. They were fantastic. Dan was very thorough in reviewing all the specific types of openers and the benefits. They were also on time, very professional and kind. They also told me how long they thought it would take to complete the installation and finished on time. If they needed to let me know anything during the install they made sure to do that and they were even great with my dogs! I would absolutely use Precision again.
