One of my overhead springs broke Monday morning on our large double door. I called to make an appointment for repair and was given a Friday appointment which concerned me as we could not open our door. I was advised that they would notifiy the team that if they had any slack in their schedules that came up I would be interested in getting the repair done. A couple hours later on Monday I was contacted and told that Leo has become availble and would I like him to repair the door. I said yes and Leo arrived about 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and listened to all I had to say about the door and the components. He discussed the different components and their current shape and then constructed 3 repair options for me. I went with the one to replace the springs, cables, cable drums, and all the door rollers. Leo got to work and finished about 2 hours later and I now have a fully functioning and much quieter door. Leo brought terrific knowledge and a great attitude to the job. I'm very happy!

Another 5 Star service experience from Precision Garage Door!! Our technician Leo called ahead of schedule to let us know when he would arrive. He did a fantastic job replacing our old opener. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and reviewed options for a replacement unit. The installation went smoothly and after the installation he went over the new system with us. The spring mechanism on my garage door broke, I called Precision Door Service, who responded almost immediately. Leroy came out, was extremely courteous and helpful discussing my options. I opted to have a torsion spring mechanism installed. It's much quieter than my previous mechanism and works perfectly. While he was installing it, Leroy cleaned out my somewhat dirty tracks and ensured everything worked smoothly. All done within the 90 minutes he estimated.

The entire process was as easy as it gets. From making an appointment, to the communication from the Technician Leo about when he would arrive. As I was not home, Leo reached out after evaluating my problem and thoroughly explained a few options for the repairs I needed. I ended up needing to replace a few components as it was pretty old (1996). During the repair/replacement he kept me updated and again reached out when he was all done. Sent me over the invoice for me to look which was easy to read and understand and everything was broken down so I could see what I was spending my money on. When I arrived at home that section of the garage was cleaner then I left it and everything was installed very nicely. My garage door finally does not wake the whole neighborhood or shake my house anymore. I could not be happier with the job. I highly recommend this company and even more so Leo.

Precision personnel came out on time and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having.
