My experience with Precision was a very positive one. It began with Beth, who answered the phone. Ever so pleasant and efficient, she was able to schedule me for same day service for my problem. She explained the visit fee and gave me the name of the service technician. She also answered any questions I had. Leo, the service technician, was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. He called earlier and asked if he could come at 12:15. He was prompt, courteous and eager to answer my questions so that I could understand what happened to the opener. He showed me a problem he noticed with my springs and cables (23 years old) which were headed for breakage (even I could see that) and gave me several options to defer the breakage. I am totally satisfied with the service Precision performed and would recommend them.

Leo was my technician. He was knowledgeable and very specific. He was so good he upselled me and I ended up purchasing a new motor , wheels , and other stuff to make it all work. He did it so quick and the post the job also explained it all well in terms of setting the new key pads and controls. 1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas. He was extremely careful and neat with every detail, and personally; this is important to me. This describes Leo the 'Tech'. Leo the 'Person' was even better.
