The spring mechanism on my garage door broke, I called Precision Door Service, who responded almost immediately. Leroy came out, was extremely courteous and helpful discussing my options. I opted to have a torsion spring mechanism installed. It's much quieter than my previous mechanism and works perfectly. While he was installing it, Leroy cleaned out my somewhat dirty tracks and ensured everything worked smoothly. All done within the 90 minutes he estimated.

The entire process was as easy as it gets. From making an appointment, to the communication from the Technician Leo about when he would arrive. As I was not home, Leo reached out after evaluating my problem and thoroughly explained a few options for the repairs I needed. I ended up needing to replace a few components as it was pretty old (1996). During the repair/replacement he kept me updated and again reached out when he was all done. Sent me over the invoice for me to look which was easy to read and understand and everything was broken down so I could see what I was spending my money on. When I arrived at home that section of the garage was cleaner then I left it and everything was installed very nicely. My garage door finally does not wake the whole neighborhood or shake my house anymore. I could not be happier with the job. I highly recommend this company and even more so Leo.

Precision personnel came out on time and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having. Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. Terrible communication. Just another private equity backed company (KKR) that over charges. They show up with their iPads and oversell you on products you probably don’t need. Reiterating terrible communication skills. They slap a sticker on your garage wall immediately upon arrival, without asking. Find a local business do not use a neighborly company like precision garage door.
