1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas. He was extremely careful and neat with every detail, and personally; this is important to me. This describes Leo the 'Tech'. Leo the 'Person' was even better. He was kind, thoughtful, took the time to explain everything and was just a delight to work with. I've had Precision Door do all of my Garage Door work over the years, and I've always been happy with the outcome and the work done. I have also been pleased with each and every Tech. Leo was great - explained the issues with openers, and gave options to either temporarily repair or replace entirely. While we'll certainly need to replace everything at some point, we repaired for now. Great service, will go back to Precision for future work.
