This company is professional and organized. They follow up and come when they say they will. The work performed was fine and the salesman / technician was knowledgeable. I would give them a five star but for the cost of the products and labor. This is a high margin business now owned by private equity. I was surprised by the cost of the basic parts and labor which took no more than 45 minutes. Repairs were just under $1,000 for rollers, cables, pullies, and springs, none of which are precision components that would warrant the cost. They do however provide a warranty, which I would have preferred not to be built into the cost. They have a good business model. Thanks.

Hi Jim, Thank you for your kind words regarding our service technicians and the work done. Please rest assured that we use the highest quality parts available on the market. They may not "look" different, but trust me they are. For example, if you look closely at the rollers, you'll see that they are sealed bearing rollers. Very much different from the exposed bearing rollers competitors use. From a distance, all you see is the white nylon, but the true longevity of the parts will be apparent as time goes on. Yes, many large service companies are being gobbled up by private equity firms, but we are still locally owned and operated and have been since 2005. I took full control over from my father this year and you can see my son working as a technician on our technician bio pages. It's not easy taking on multi million dollar firms, but we know what we need to do in order to prosper. Our goal is to grow our company around a core of great employees who provide the best possible service. I'm glad that you were able to experience the best side our great employees and the work they do.

When they got to our house, Leo explained everything he was going to do and the estimated costs. He was excellent and very knowledgeable and the pricing was very fair for what he had to do. The technician was super communicative and very friendly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and timely. I believe he did a quality job in a very timely manner and helped us out where he could. I was a little shocked that it was over 400 dollars to replace a spring, I understand there was a minimum for the work he could do and I understand that's just what it costs. But that did hurt. Everything is expensive these days I suppose. Thankyou for the excellent job done.

Following a power outage my door opener stopped working. The technician came and condemned the "board" due to a suspected power surge. Subsequently the door started functioning again following another outage (way to go PECO). My concern is that the board was condemned (for $300+) without testing for power cycling. I'm left with the worry that this will happen again. Understand that I am not faulting the technician, but he as well as I should have tried to power cycle the unit.
