Our options were explained clearly and we decided, on the spot, (which is very rare for us) and an hour later the door rolls quietly and smoothly. We were not pressed into doing more with the door than needed and we appreciated that. I would definitely recommend this company.

Leo did a great job!! I got a new remotes, new opener, spring replaced, rollers replaced, keypad, Leo did a great job explained to me how a garage door worked. He explained to me exactly what he was gonna do before he started. He went over a great detail how to use the new opener and the remote and the keypad. Also, all the aspects of the new stuff that he put in place. it is so wonderful to have somebody come in. Do a great job. Explain everything and have a smile the whole time I wish I could run into more repair people like Leo.

Terrible communication. Just another private equity backed company (KKR) that over charges. They show up with their iPads and oversell you on products you probably don’t need. Reiterating terrible communication skills. They slap a sticker on your garage wall immediately upon arrival, without asking. Find a local business do not use a neighborly company like precision garage door.

My experience with Precision was a very positive one. It began with Beth, who answered the phone. Ever so pleasant and efficient, she was able to schedule me for same day service for my problem. She explained the visit fee and gave me the name of the service technician. She also answered any questions I had. Leo, the service technician, was scheduled to come between 1 and 3. He called earlier and asked if he could come at 12:15. He was prompt, courteous and eager to answer my questions so that I could understand what happened to the opener. He showed me a problem he noticed with my springs and cables (23 years old) which were headed for breakage (even I could see that) and gave me several options to defer the breakage. I am totally satisfied with the service Precision performed and would recommend them.
