In1918, Precision installed a new garage door opener to replace one of our two existing openers. We were very pleased with the installation. We were extremely pleased with the quick response -- called yesterday, and they were here today to repair our automatic garage door opener. The installer, Joe, was very professional, prompt, polite and responsive. He provided us with options and a clear explanation of each, helping us make an informed decision. While only one side was broken, he replaced springs, rollers and cable on both sides, for a uniform performance and a 10 year warranty. He also replaced the entire seal around the door enclosure, as the rubber was cracked or broken from years of seasonal exposure. We feel very comfortable providing an excellent rating for the performance of Precision Doors.
