My Garage door broke and I needed it repaired or replaced I been seeing there advertisement on TV so I gave them a call and explained my issues the person I spoke to (Beth) was very helpful so she set up and appointment and a technician showed up and replaced my lock technician name (Chris Schray) was very knowledgeable and polite price was reasonable would definitely recommend them for service

I have used Precision a few times since 2017 and the service is always outstanding. My service technician for my latest service (Dylan) was prompt and took the time to walk me through the options for the repair without trying to upsell me. After the work was completed Dylan took the time to walk me through the simple functions of the garage door in case I needed to make an adjustment in the future which would eliminate the need for a service call.
