Precision personnel came out on time and were extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues we were having. I was told the new garage door would take 6 weeks to order; however, they would be able to repair the existing door so that we can utilize it over the six week period waiting for the new one to be installed. That was the best news as we utilize the garage door probably more than other people. Thanks to Leo and his helper for doing such a fantastic job fixing the current door. Chris and his tech did an excellent job repairing the garage door. They came in the time specified and replaced the springs, cables and rollers under the estimated time. They did a review of the door components and gave multiple options based on their inspection. There was no pressure during the option selection and went right to work on the project once I gave them the go ahead on what I agreed to. I would highly recommend them for garage door work and will be sure to call them back if other work needs to be done.
