I had a great experience working with Precision! First, I really appreciated to the online booking system and the follow up communication to confirm the booking and the arrival time on the day of service. I have used Precision a few times since 2017 and the service is always outstanding. My service technician for my latest service (Dylan) was prompt and took the time to walk me through the options for the repair without trying to upsell me. After the work was completed Dylan took the time to walk me through the simple functions of the garage door in case I needed to make an adjustment in the future which would eliminate the need for a service call.
