The gentleman who came out was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The quote I was given I thought was a little steep so am going to shop around and do my homework. I will come back to Precision if I’m finding other rates are comparable.

I found out about Precision from a TV advertisement. On 9/4/2025 we had a garage door appointment. The technician came on time. He was very experienced, professional and friendly. At this point, I don’t believe I would be able to give a 5-star review. The main reasons are: • The technician who visited did not seem very familiar with the product. • The estimate provided does not clearly outline exactly what I’m purchasing for nearly $10,000. • I have competing offers with a better R-factor, and your Your email bounced back that I tried to respond back to price for the side-mount lift is roughly double that of a competitor. I wanted to share this feedback, so you understand my concerns. If you’d like to provide more detailed information or clarify what’s included, I’m open to reviewing it.

Did an outstanding job of restoring the door to perfect operation. I learned a lot about garage doors while he was here as he is a font of knowledge about all aspects of their operation, and mine needed multiple adjustments and corrections. Garage door broke around 7pm Monday, gave Precision a call and was told a technician would be out the next morning between 8-10. My garage door would close part way, stop, and then open back up. It would sometimes take me 5 pushes of the button just to get the door to finally completely close. Of course when the technician was here, the problem could not be replicated. However, the problem got worse and a technician came out on his way home from work to diagnose the problem. He found a faulty wire at the connection to the opener. He fixed that and I have had no problems at all since then. And this second visit was free of charge. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys!
