We had a new garage door installed 4 years ago. The service was AMAZING! We LOVE our garage door. My husband thought there might be an issue with the rubber splash guard at the bottom of the door. I called and was given an appointment within 3 days!! But the communication did not stop there! I was kept up to date on when the tech would be arriving...it was FABULOUS! The tech (Vaughn) came out and spent a lot of time with my husband talking about the door and the splash guard. My husband was so thrilled with the service he called me at work and went on and on!! He said the tech was very knowledgeable and NOT PUSHY. I highly recommend Precision Door service. Our door is still beautiful and works just as it should 4 years later! And if something does go wrong, I will have full confidence when I call them about it.

Gabe was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and too care of the repair immediately. He also quoted me a price for a new garage door especially since ours is original. I only ask that we be notified if the technician is vaccinated against covid-19 so that I probably should have worn a mask even thought I am tripe vaccinated.

We ordered 2 brand new Hormann Orion 3200 garage doors from Precision in June of this year. Our doors just arrived last week and Precision promptly contacted us and scheduled us for installation in less than a week. Both service technicians arrived promptly for our installation appointment and were very well trained, very polite and completed our installation in a very professional manner. Your repair man Angel, did an excellent job. I would recommend your company to my neighbors. Angel did a first class job of explaining various things to me, and i appreciated that of him. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. I thought that the final cost of $529.00 was high, and i intend to check on that with your competitors. Maybe i am wrong, but as an engineer i need to make certain that i am not being over charged. Again, i thought that Angel did a good job, and that he was very fast in performing the job. Companies need people like Angel.

John, We appreciate your feedback. Please note that your service included an evening "Emergency Service Fee" for which there is a $140 charge to which you had agreed to prior to coming out. That might be why you were surprised by the larger than expect repair cost. I understand your concern. I also understand what it takes to ask a technician to get back into a work-truck after a cold, dark, 10hr winter's day to fulfill our customer's requests. The added Fee covers the overtime and incentive to ensure top quality work, even at the end of a long, cold day. Thank you for your patronage.

Great next day service by Brian who is very personable as well as professional. All job related options were clearly explained and the job completed in short order. I've used you before and would absolutely give you a strong recommendation As an aside,the fact that I called at 7:00 PM and didn't get voice mail eas a big plus.
