We received an excellent response/ service from your technician Chris Schray. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener which was no longer working. Chris installed a new garage door opener. He was courteous, professional and has done a great job, he explained to us the new features and programmed for us all required parts. I was extremely pleased I was with service call yesterday from Precision Door Service. I had, inadvertently but embarrassingly, backed into my garage door, bending the lower two panels slightly, knocking it off the tracks, and confounding one of the tension wires. The technician was extremely professional, courteous, and friendly, and, as well, efficient and competent. He was clearly very knowledgeable. He was able to get the door back on track, straightened reasonably, and operating smoothly in short order. I also found him to be quite friendly as we were able to converse as he worked and he shared with me what he was doing and why. As an accomplished do it yourselfer (but not on garage doors!) I greatly appreciated that.
