Tina was very efficient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the different options and made sure that we were completely comfortable with our choice. She even added on weather stripping when I requested it at the last minute at the end of a very long day for her. The doors work beautifully and are so much quieter which was an unexpected bonus! Hopefully we never have the springs on both doors break within a few days of each other again, but if we do we won’t hesitate to call Precision and Tina back out to fix them.

Great business, I had called numerous other garage door repair places as our cars were trapped in our garage since our garage cable snapped on one side. Precision was the only company that reliable confirmed appt and sent out Dylan in a timely manner, despite it being a Saturday. A reasonable price too. Others were saying days (Sunday/Monday). Dylan was nice, professional and got us out of a bad situation.

Scheduled Precision for repair of failing garage door keypad. Dylan communicated the night prior and morning of the appointment to coordinate his arrival time. We discussed my problem and talked through the range of potential solutions. We went with the first option (keypad replacement) and that solved the problem. Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door.
