Our garage door was literally falling apart - a metal piece fell off and then the spring snapped and we couldn’t get our car out - Precision quickly responded to our call for help. Gabe/Gabriel from Precision came same day and got our door operational. Gabe was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained routine garage door maintenance items that I wasn’t even aware of. He didn’t try to oversell me on services or a new door (very expensive and a prior repair person from another company focused solely on that option) but instead educated me on options based on the current condition of my garage door parts and how to get more years out of our current door. I really appreciated his approach and patience as I learned from him and was able to make the best decision for my family. Thank you Gabe and Precision!

We called Precision Garage Door Service about gaps between our garage doors, and we encountered extraordinary service throughout our entire transaction with the whole team. Precision gave me an appointment within days of my request. They had done work on my garage door years before and I knew them to be trustworthy. My technician, A.J. was very efficient. He gave me several options and I chose to have my opener replaced. First he explained what he was going to do and afterward, he showed me what he had done. We tested the new opener several times before I signed the payment. A.J. was very respectful and friendly. I would gladly recommend Precision Door Service.

AJ stopped by for which I thought would be a long maintenance job. He checked out our door mechanisms and found that they were in good shape. He then cleaned and lubricated the seals around the door openings and they now work like new!

AJ visited my house, on short notice, to solve different problems with my two garage door openers. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. He also walked me through everything he was doing, from diagnosing problems to proposing my options for solving them. I hope I don't need to have my openers fixed again any time soon, but if I do I'll most certainly ask AJ to come back. One opener wouldn't sync with any new remote I'd tried, so I figured the antenna system was shot. But AJ got it working with a different kind of universal remote and explained what the manufacturers of each remote didn't mention regarding compatibility standards. The other opener had an internal plastic cog that was completely stripped. AJ talked me through the pros and cons of replacing the malfunctioning part versus replacing the opener's head unit; I decided on a head unit replacement. AJ installed it quickly and without fault. I now have two working garage doors and remotes for each of them.

Arrived 1.7 hours after scheduled appointment. Would not have minded much, except that I received an arrival update 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Michael, the Precision mechanic, was not the original assigned for the job and was courteous and professional. Work was completed with satisfaction.
