When I called Precision I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The person taking my call was friendly and efficient. The technician who came, Darrin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that he kept me informed of what he was doing. It turned out my door needed lubricating and he showed me the parts that would need replacing next year. He recommended that I have it lubricated every year to keep everything working. I recommend Precision and Darrin for all your garage needs.

Tina called to tell me her arrival time, and I could hear her smile on the other end of the line. So refreshing! She was punctual, and a pleasure to work with. She explained everything that would be required and gave me price options and quickly and quietly got her job done. And well done! Kudos to your company as well. I will be moving to Chester Springs and was so pleased when Tina told me your company services there as well. I will be a continued Precision Garage Door client and will pass you on to all those in the development your information.

The Village at Hillview Coatesville, PA was developed by Orleans (acquired by Lennar). Like most developers, many discontinued materials or low cost / low quality items were used in construction. They garage doors, no exception. Precision, West Chester, tech Dylan Reynolds was pleasant about presenting options to replace our broken spring. We agreed on the higher option with 10 year warranty and Dylan professionally made the replacement neatly and quickly with new rollers too. Thank you Dylan!

Tina was the service technician sent to me to assist in a correction of a bent garage door. She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional during our interactions as well as throughout the correction of my issue. She was kind enough to talk through improvements to my system and provide a quote for the future potential work. I greatly appreciated her time and her efficiency throughout the correction.

The installer was very polite and pleasant and communicated clearly the issues with my door that were repairable which I appreciated. My door opener was in working order but the rollers were old and corroded and the track needed lubrication. I very much appreciated not having to buy a new opener especially since I could see the effects of the tariffs on the price of a new one that he quoted - the price has doubled since 2021 which was the last time I had to replace one in a different house.

I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very first phone call to Beth in the office, She was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt taken care of. The technician Leo took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. We ordered a new door and are anxiously awaiting the installation. It's rare to find a company that puts customer service and satisfaction first, but this team absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable garage door service with a personal touch. Thanks, Mike Strickland
