The installer was very polite and pleasant and communicated clearly the issues with my door that were repairable which I appreciated. My door opener was in working order but the rollers were old and corroded and the track needed lubrication. I very much appreciated not having to buy a new opener especially since I could see the effects of the tariffs on the price of a new one that he quoted - the price has doubled since 2021 which was the last time I had to replace one in a different house.

Harry is a gem! Our garage door system pretty much crapped out all at once. Harry explained everything clearly, made sure we understood what was happening, what our options were, and all with a tremendously amazing demeanor and sense of humor. Harry deserves ALL of the accolades.
