Called with a not-staying-shut issue. Scheduled for two days from now. Got a call shortly after that technician was in my neighborhood; came immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes. Could not be happier!!!!

I am thoroughly happy with my new tube/pulley system! It's quiet and gets the job done! AJ the technician was great...he was good-humored and pleasant, despite it being very hot! Poor guy was drenched in sweat but still maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. (And I did give him a couple cold drinks.) I didn't do much research on the pricing but it seemed reasonable for what was done (replacing springs, cables and rollers with the new "tube" system). And AJ was obviously experienced and prepared to do the job and got it done in an hour. Again, very pleased with the product and the service!

I called Precision based on the reviews they have gotten even though I had a coupon for another company. I am so glad I did! A.J. Was fantastic. Great sense of humor which goes a long way when you’re having to have unplanned repair work done! His scheduled time was 8AM and he was a little early! He checked everything out and then let me know what my best long term options were and of course the cost. I initially called for a repair (chain fell off the gear) but after explaining and showing me why this happened, he replaced the garage door opener unit, made sure everything was working properly and I was able to leave the house on time for a previous appt. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Everyone I spoke with with was friendly and professional! When the time comes, I will use them again!

I called Precision Doors, for an estimate on installing a garage door opener. They were able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My installation tech AJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He even did some minor repairs to the structure, which ensures the opener wouldn’t have any issues long term. Everything was explained to me vs. trying to sell me a product. I did end up purchasing a Precision Door opener and sent the third-party door opener back (it was inferior). I’m pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend your company to my friends.

A cable to our garage door had snapped. Called Precision Door Service. Geoffrey our repair tech, came that same day, right on time. Told him I wanted to keep same door/everything at least a couple more years. So Geoff suggested replacing some worn-out parts, which he installed. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff then advised me on how and also how often to keep the rigging lubricated. I recommend this outfit very highly.

After getting unsatisfactory info from other garage door companies, unanswered calls & even no shows, we called Precision. What a great decision!! Gabriel came in the time frame promised. I thought he was just coming to give us an estimate, but he was prepared to do the job same day! He completed the work in a very timely manner. Gabriel Was very professional & knowledgeable. He explained everything to me....he’s definitely a 5 Star employee & we’ll not hesitate a second to call Precision again.

Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!

After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke when closing for the evening. I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next morning Their service was prompt. Their technician was clean, professional and did a thorough inspection of my door system. He took the time to explain all the parts and how to detect wear. He also explained how a door should be maintained. The repair was done and I was happy with the service and cost.

I cannot say enough positive things about your operation. You went above and beyond what I deserved!. I mistakenly wrote a harsh review, thinking you were another company. Instead of replying negatively you had a courteous and highly skilled technician, Ed check another company's work and corrected the flaws in their repair. This was the very best of service. Be assured if I need something in this area, you will be the first I will call. Ralph, Glad we could help. Home Advisor has some pretty shady companies signed up and their "background check" is a sham. They only chck to see if companies have "pending" lawsuits, so fly by night outfits get away with a lot. Sorry for what happened with the other company.

I attempted to repair my garage door springs and install the motor myself. I quickly learned I got myself in way over my head. I called Precision and Eddie was at my door 45 minutes later. He walked me through the process and explained the benefits of a spring upgrade. I was so pleased with his "precision" work and amazing attitude. He was the best of the best. Precision Doors and Eddie come highly recommended by me!
