We are very pleased with the repair job on our garage door and track straightening. I'm sorry I don't recall his name, but he came the day we called, made the repair, and it's working now better than ever. He was also very pleasant and personable.

We had Precision install a new garage door 11 years ago and now needed to have the opener either repaired or replace. The opener was 21 years old when the cable failed. Precision was able to replace the cable/rail assembly in about an hour. We have been happy with both the original installation of the door as well as the repair to the opener.

Gabe was very helpful and explained all the equipment features, They were upfront, professional, showed up on time and Gabe installed the opener and springs and everything looked neat and he was very professional and spent the time to explain things to me , Im always skeptical using companies that i do not know and I must say I was happy with this company and the work that Gabe did, and the price was fair.

I got an appointment for repairing garage door opener the first time I called Precision. Mike, the technician, showed up at scheduled time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and repaired it quickly. He is friendly and courteous and explained to me what caused the malfunction. Also, Precision's pricing is up-front, transparent, and reasonable. I highly recommend Precision for the repair.

I had a great experience with you guys today. Gabriel was handling the job if im not mistaken. I was really only wanting to repair my garage door due to a faulty bottom bracket and crooked door but we ended up replacing the spring, bearings as well as adding a wall mounted Liftmaster unit. This was my spur of the moment wanting. Well, the bearings were shot and age of the springs/efficiency left questions to we decided to start fresh.. Ive never dealt with a company who was so quick to get all items finished but more so on a "quote day". If only i could find a electrician to do my lights that fast.. haha My garage good is functional , efficient and reliable now. Now I can clean organize and redo my floors and get this garage finished! Thank you for staying late, being prompt and trustworthy. I will be recommending you to others moving forward

Called Precision on Sat. 1/9/2021 and had an appt. same day with a 3 hour window. Asked to be called 15 min. before service man arrival and that was honored. Service man was very pleasant, friendly and took the time to look over the door and sensors made a small adj. to one sensor and door/remote was working again. No parts needed but service man did point of a few minor issues that may need attention in the future, but nothing serious and pressure to fix at the time, just a little FYI to think about. If needing repairs again, I would call Precision, as I was very happy and would recommend to anyone needing repair/replacement.

Called with a not-staying-shut issue. Scheduled for two days from now. Got a call shortly after that technician was in my neighborhood; came immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes. Could not be happier!!!!

I am thoroughly happy with my new tube/pulley system! It's quiet and gets the job done! AJ the technician was great...he was good-humored and pleasant, despite it being very hot! Poor guy was drenched in sweat but still maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. (And I did give him a couple cold drinks.) I didn't do much research on the pricing but it seemed reasonable for what was done (replacing springs, cables and rollers with the new "tube" system). And AJ was obviously experienced and prepared to do the job and got it done in an hour. Again, very pleased with the product and the service!

I called Precision based on the reviews they have gotten even though I had a coupon for another company. I am so glad I did! A.J. Was fantastic. Great sense of humor which goes a long way when you’re having to have unplanned repair work done! His scheduled time was 8AM and he was a little early! He checked everything out and then let me know what my best long term options were and of course the cost. I initially called for a repair (chain fell off the gear) but after explaining and showing me why this happened, he replaced the garage door opener unit, made sure everything was working properly and I was able to leave the house on time for a previous appt. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Everyone I spoke with with was friendly and professional! When the time comes, I will use them again!

I called Precision Doors, for an estimate on installing a garage door opener. They were able to set me up with an appointment the very next day. My installation tech AJ was very knowledgeable and professional. He even did some minor repairs to the structure, which ensures the opener wouldn’t have any issues long term. Everything was explained to me vs. trying to sell me a product. I did end up purchasing a Precision Door opener and sent the third-party door opener back (it was inferior). I’m pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend your company to my friends.

A cable to our garage door had snapped. Called Precision Door Service. Geoffrey our repair tech, came that same day, right on time. Told him I wanted to keep same door/everything at least a couple more years. So Geoff suggested replacing some worn-out parts, which he installed. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff then advised me on how and also how often to keep the rigging lubricated. I recommend this outfit very highly.

After getting unsatisfactory info from other garage door companies, unanswered calls & even no shows, we called Precision. What a great decision!! Gabriel came in the time frame promised. I thought he was just coming to give us an estimate, but he was prepared to do the job same day! He completed the work in a very timely manner. Gabriel Was very professional & knowledgeable. Precision saved the day when my garage door would not open. I called them, describing the problem, and they gave me a time range when a technician could come to fix it. When asked, they told me every tech's van was stocked with all necessary parts. Leo arrived and explained what he would do to fix the mechanism. In about a half hour, it was done! Leo had me work the door to show it was as good as new. Great job done in a timely fashion. I was SO relieved. Leo was courteous, clear about the work, and quite quick. Thank you, Leo.

Spring broke on my garage door. Did an online search, and Precision popped up serving my area in Chester County. They were the first company I called, and I was pleasantly surprised when the representative said they could have someone out the same day! Geoffrey was on time, early actually, and able to meet my scheduling needs in the afternoon. He was super friendly, and extra careful as he completed the work in the garage, paying special attention to the parked vehicles inside the garage, which I was a tad nervous about. He understood and assured me all would be well. He was careful and considerate, and replaced both springs in about 45 minutes. The service was great, and I'll definitely use these guys again should I need help with garage door repairs in the future! Thank you!

After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!
