My door was randomly opening yesterday. I called and received a same day appointment for later, but was called back and had a technician within under a hour. Which was awesome, can't put a price on peace of mind. Leo the technician was professional, polite and and answered all questions/concerns. Replace one bad remote and even lubed hinges prior to leaving. Highly recommended.

Wonderful service from beginning to end. Service provided was quick and to the point, price very responsible, and I certainly appreciate the safety check done to my unit to give possibly future maintenance. Was not happy at all. I called you to our home for a repair, the garage door is 2" short of completely closing, therefore the garage is the same temperature as the outside and my babies room is above. I assumed this was an adjustment and was willing to pay for such. Not only was nothing done, I was charged $40.00 for 6 estimates beginning at $670 dollars, none of which we can afford. Not happy in Coatesville.

My torsion spring double door broke at 10pm on a Monday night … called precision door right away and was surprised someone answered! On Tuesday morning less than 12 hrs later… they showed up and had it fixed within the hour!! The tech Mike is professional and courteous and efficient very satisfied!!

We had Precision install a new garage door 11 years ago and now needed to have the opener either repaired or replace. The opener was 21 years old when the cable failed. Precision was able to replace the cable/rail assembly in about an hour. We have been happy with both the original installation of the door as well as the repair to the opener.

I got an appointment for repairing garage door opener the first time I called Precision. Mike, the technician, showed up at scheduled time, diagnosed the problem immediately, and repaired it quickly. I had a great experience with you guys today. Gabriel was handling the job if im not mistaken. I was really only wanting to repair my garage door due to a faulty bottom bracket and crooked door but we ended up replacing the spring, bearings as well as adding a wall mounted Liftmaster unit. This was my spur of the moment wanting. Well, the bearings were shot and age of the springs/efficiency left questions to we decided to start fresh.. Ive never dealt with a company who was so quick to get all items finished but more so on a "quote day". If only i could find a electrician to do my lights that fast.. haha My garage good is functional , efficient and reliable now. Now I can clean organize and redo my floors and get this garage finished! Thank you for staying late, being prompt and trustworthy. I will be recommending you to others moving forward

Called Precision on Sat. 1/9/2021 and had an appt. same day with a 3 hour window. Asked to be called 15 min. before service man arrival and that was honored. Service man was very pleasant, friendly and took the time to look over the door and sensors made a small adj. to one sensor and door/remote was working again. No parts needed but service man did point of a few minor issues that may need attention in the future, but nothing serious and pressure to fix at the time, just a little FYI to think about. If needing repairs again, I would call Precision, as I was very happy and would recommend to anyone needing repair/replacement.

I am thoroughly happy with my new tube/pulley system! It's quiet and gets the job done! AJ the technician was great...he was good-humored and pleasant, despite it being very hot! Poor guy was drenched in sweat but still maintained a pleasant and professional demeanor. (And I did give him a couple cold drinks.) I didn't do much research on the pricing but it seemed reasonable for what was done (replacing springs, cables and rollers with the new "tube" system). And AJ was obviously experienced and prepared to do the job and got it done in an hour. Again, very pleased with the product and the service!

I called Precision based on the reviews they have gotten even though I had a coupon for another company. I am so glad I did! A.J. Was fantastic. Great sense of humor which goes a long way when you’re having to have unplanned repair work done! His scheduled time was 8AM and he was a little early! He checked everything out and then let me know what my best long term options were and of course the cost. I initially called for a repair (chain fell off the gear) but after explaining and showing me why this happened, he replaced the garage door opener unit, made sure everything was working properly and I was able to leave the house on time for a previous appt. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Everyone I spoke with with was friendly and professional! When the time comes, I will use them again!
