Very friendly, professional service. Called for a garage door issue and a tech was at my house the next day! Thoroughly inspected the garage door. Was very honest about what needed to be fixed to make the door work again and what could be done in the future to improve the function! Very pleased with my service, will be using them again!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke when closing for the evening. I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next morning Their service was prompt. Their technician was clean, professional and did a thorough inspection of my door system. He took the time to explain all the parts and how to detect wear. He also explained how a door should be maintained. The repair was done and I was happy with the service and cost.

I cannot say enough positive things about your operation. You went above and beyond what I deserved!. I mistakenly wrote a harsh review, thinking you were another company. Instead of replying negatively you had a courteous and highly skilled technician, Ed check another company's work and corrected the flaws in their repair. This was the very best of service. Be assured if I need something in this area, you will be the first I will call. I will tell anybody who is considering anything to do with garage doors that you have a first class outfit that does first class work. Thank you again, and happy holidays to you and your employees.

Ralph, Glad we could help. Home Advisor has some pretty shady companies signed up and their "background check" is a sham. They only chck to see if companies have "pending" lawsuits, so fly by night outfits get away with a lot. Sorry for what happened with the other company.

I attempted to repair my garage door springs and install the motor myself. I quickly learned I got myself in way over my head. I called Precision and Eddie was at my door 45 minutes later. He walked me through the process and explained the benefits of a spring upgrade. I was so pleased with his "precision" work and amazing attitude. He was the best of the best. Precision Doors and Eddie come highly recommended by me!

Same day service!! I called another company on Monday early, as of Friday they have not returned the call. I had service with Precision the same day and they repaired the garage door the same day. Ed was great, and my dog loved him! Can't say enough!!!!

Great service and on time. Spring snapped and popped garage door off of rollers. Ed did a safety inspection of door and showed me some other issues he had concerns with. Ed got the door working and gave us some options for the future if we decide to replace the door. Decided to have Ed and Precision replace that door and the door next to it. Very fair price and excellent service made it an easy decision. Will request to have Ed install the doors when they come in. Very Satisfied.

Bryan came out to make some adjustments to a spring that we had in installed. The spring was making some noise and he was able to take care of the problem. My experience has been very good with precision door. Easy to get an appointment and they are on time. I would recommend to a neighbor.

Thank you for taking the time to work with me while my wife and I decided what to do with our damaged door. I have to state, I really appreciate Mr. Reinke's effort to come up with creative solutions for our dilemma. As you both know, the manufacture could not be readily identified. In short, this meant we would have to go with a comparable door from a current line being manufactured. Ultimately, your dedication to working with us and willingness to come out and visit speaks volumes about Precision Door Service's dedication to customer service and creative problem solving.
