After crashing through my garage door in the November snowstorm, I was relieved to have someone help me through the replacement process. They were there first thing next morning and helped anchor the door in place. Being a custom door that had to abide by HOA rules we had to wait the 3 weeks for delivery. Door arrived on time and the employees all were great! Definitely recommend them to anyone!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke when closing for the evening. I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next morning Their service was prompt. Their technician was clean, professional and did a thorough inspection of my door system. He took the time to explain all the parts and how to detect wear. He also explained how a door should be maintained. The repair was done and I was happy with the service and cost.

I attempted to repair my garage door springs and install the motor myself. I quickly learned I got myself in way over my head. I called Precision and Eddie was at my door 45 minutes later. He walked me through the process and explained the benefits of a spring upgrade. I was so pleased with his "precision" work and amazing attitude. He was the best of the best. Same day service!! I called another company on Monday early, as of Friday they have not returned the call. I had service with Precision the same day and they repaired the garage door the same day. Ed was great, and my dog loved him! Can't say enough!!!!

Great service and on time. Spring snapped and popped garage door off of rollers. Ed did a safety inspection of door and showed me some other issues he had concerns with. Ed got the door working and gave us some options for the future if we decide to replace the door. Decided to have Ed and Precision replace that door and the door next to it. Very fair price and excellent service made it an easy decision. Will request to have Ed install the doors when they come in. Very Satisfied.
