Another 5 Star service experience from Precision Garage Door!! Our technician Leo called ahead of schedule to let us know when he would arrive. He did a fantastic job replacing our old opener. He explained what was wrong with the old unit and reviewed options for a replacement unit. The installation went smoothly and after the installation he went over the new system with us. The new unit works perfectly. We are very happy with our new garage door opener.

We had a huge power surge and damage was done to our Garage lift devices. They work intermittently with external remotes Dylan, our Tech, came out this Am and did an amazingly detailed review. He also pointed out concerns due to some wear and tear items which we agree may need attention soon. Awesome tech and clearly very knowledgable.
