Chris and Darrin were the technicians who solved my problem! My garage door was very slightly crooked and not closing completely, allowing for little critter visitors. Darrin did an excellent repair job on one of our garage doors that I had accidentally backed into with my car. He straightened one of the panels on the garage door and realigned it into the track and got it working good as new. Very satisfied!

Precision was awesome. First and most importantly they answered their phones after hours. And after discussing our issue they sent somebody out to do the repair on a Friday night. Darrin was an awesome technician. Not only very knowledgeable but very friendly and willing to explain everything to me as he performed the repair. Absolutely awesome company. A real, live person answers the telephone and they schedule your appointment on the spot and come to your home when promised. And, to top it all off, the work was performed and completed in record time and was done correctly! First time customer of Precision and was very impressed. They answered the phone when I called and had me on the schedule within a day or two (could have even came out same day if I wanted to pay an emergency fee). Leo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great helping me understand my options. I also couldn't believe it when Leo called to say he was on his way and that he was going past a Wawa and asked if I wanted a coffee! Overall very satisfied, especially with how quickly they could come out and how easy it was to work with them, they seem to be very customer oriented.
