My garage door opener was not working properly. Having used Precision Door 6 years ago to replace my door springs and rollers, I decided to call and have my opener looked at. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the middle of the appointment window. Darrin Mills was friendly and professional explaining to me the issues with the garage door opener and what my options for replacement would be. I made my selection and the replacement was finished in under 2 hours. The spring mechanism on my garage door broke, I called Precision Door Service, who responded almost immediately. Leroy came out, was extremely courteous and helpful discussing my options. I opted to have a torsion spring mechanism installed. It's much quieter than my previous mechanism and works perfectly. While he was installing it, Leroy cleaned out my somewhat dirty tracks and ensured everything worked smoothly. All done within the 90 minutes he estimated.
