In the end they reviewed all features of the new motor along with the remote control device. Truly an asset now to my house.

My garage door opener was not working properly. Having used Precision Door 6 years ago to replace my door springs and rollers, I decided to call and have my opener looked at. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician arrived in the middle of the appointment window. Darrin Mills was friendly and professional explaining to me the issues with the garage door opener and what my options for replacement would be. I made my selection and the replacement was finished in under 2 hours. I couldn't be more pleased with how the job was completed; how Darrin explained the operation of the new opener; and how efficient the entire process was. I will most certainly recommend Precision Door to anyone if the opportunity presents itself. Thank you for a job well done.

Great service! Precision Door installed my garage door 5 years ago and I contacted them for a service check. Making the appointment was easy and I was updated the day of and while the technician was on his way. Darrin M, who installed the door 5 years ago, provided service for a loose chain and spring tightening. Darrin is very professional and he discussed the reason for the issue and how he would fix it. The door is operating smoothly and I thank Darrin and the Precision Door team for another great experience.

15 years ago, was the first time I reached out to you. I feel that's it's safe to say that I highly recommend your company for quality and professional service after all these years. Time and time again, you have sent someone out to me who has been able to look at any concerns, and correct the problem. In addition to this, I really do appreciate that every tech has been kind and I felt very comfortable interacting with all of them. Any final decisions have always been left up to me without judgement. This has been very important to me. Scheduling my service has also always been friendly and considerate from your office. For this particular visit, I want to thank Dylan for being so helpful.
