This is the second time I used the Service team since I had my garage door installed 2 years ago and they are excellent. On both service calls, the pre-service communication was great, technician showed up on time and was friendly and efficient. In both cases, the door was damage by one of my kids backing into it before it was completely open. Tina got the door operational in a few minutes and walked me thru options to address the cosmetic damage. In my experience, not may companies take Service as seriously as Precision Garage Doors. Highly recommend them.

Tina was my technician and she was great - showed up on time, was very professional, and you can tell she's an expert. Harry Fassett with Precision was great. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed what the problem was, and, as important, what it wasn't. So, we were able to determine the best course of action to fix our problem. Harry and I also had some friendly conversation about the upcoming Eagles wildcard game. I needed to replace my garage door opener. My neighbor recommended Precision since they had some work done recently and were very pleased. The technicians that I dealt with (Matthew and Chris) were a pleasure to work with. They went over all of my options so I could make an educated decision on which opener to choose and which door parts should be updated. A new garage door opener was installed along with some additional parts (spring, rollers, etc.). Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done perfectly. I could not be happier. Thank you Precision!
