I’m a repeat customer of Precision having used them to install a garage door opener in 2020 and replace a faulty control unit in 21. This morning our spring broke and we were unable to get both cars out of the garage. Sean, a repairman, arrived within 90 minutes of me calling the office! He replaced the spring and the pointed out that the drive belt was quite worn and near failure. The office directed him to provide an option for a new rail and belt assembly rather than replacing the entire unit for a very reasonable price. Sean completed the job by 1230 and we were back in business and able to make a doctors appointment. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Thomas was great, gave good advice and fixed the problem right away, plus we opted to replace springs, pulleys, etc. on both doors and he was quick and thorough. There was an issue with one door's alignment and he worked at it until it was resolved. Very satisfied with the experience.

Our newest driver in the house was rushing to school and was too impatient to allow the door to open all the way. It looked absolutely like a lost cause. Precision came out RIGHT Away and had the door functional for a fair price!!! AJ was great metal bender as he stated! Technician was on-time, knowledgeable, and offered a variety of solutions with different pricing options for fixing the broken springs. Repair was done without much fanfare and the doors work now. In a world where (unfortunately) many repair jobs are a hassle to schedule, a song-and-dance to get done, and then the issue persists, Precision Door simply delivers. This is the second fix we've used them for and will not hesitate in the future.

2 years ago our installation was flawless (16' and 8' doors). Just for peace of mind I had Precision come out to check on things last week, do some lubrication. The doors were still in perfect working order. The technician, was very knowledgeable, courteous and just good folk.

Called Precision because we are previous customers from purchasing a replacement garage door opener and replacing a broken torsion spring (separate encounters). Great job today. Prompt response and corrected an eight foot double garage door with a broken lift cable bracket that was jammed askew in the tracks. AJ diagnosed the problem, had the needed repair parts and completed the work quickly. The price was reasonable too. Would use Precision again if needed.

I had a fantastic service visit today with Precision for a routine check of my garage door opener and all parts, lube maintenance and an installation of a replacement back up battery. The Tech (A.J. Yanko) was a truly great guy. He was right on time, professional, friendly and did high quality work and in a very neat fashion. I'll be asking for him again in the future. The costs and pricing were very reasonable, and in fact, were less than what was estimated on the call where I made my appointment. A spring broke late in the evening. I called their 24 hour scheduler and AJ was out in less than 24 hours. AJ was friendly and informative, and laid out our options. The job was completed in about an hour. This is not our first experience with Precision. They are probably the best service company I have ever dealt with.
