1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Very easy to operate. In addition to doing a wonderful installation technically, Leo also took special care to make sure all components were installed without damaging any existing wall or trim areas. He was extremely careful and neat with every detail, and personally; this is important to me. This describes Leo the 'Tech'. Leo the 'Person' was even better. Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job at my home today, March 15th, 2025. I called yesterday and they agreed to come out the next day, and within 24hours of my call. I broke a spring, but I knew both springs needed replacing, and I choose that service with new pullies and new cabling. Now my opener is quiet, opens level and works perfectly. Matthew Murphy did my needed installation, and he is an expert. I'm extremely happy with all the work performed. Matthew was extremely professional and very careful and neat with every part of my garage - I'm very fussy with cosmetics. I’m a repeat customer of Precision having used them to install a garage door opener in 2020 and replace a faulty control unit in 21. This morning our spring broke and we were unable to get both cars out of the garage. Sean, a repairman, arrived within 90 minutes of me calling the office! He replaced the spring and the pointed out that the drive belt was quite worn and near failure. The office directed him to provide an option for a new rail and belt assembly rather than replacing the entire unit for a very reasonable price. Sean completed the job by 1230 and we were back in business and able to make a doctors appointment. Sean was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
