From the initial phone call for information to the completion of the job, the customer service was excellent. Tom Schray and his assistant arrived on time on the designated day with a courtesy call to say they were on the way. This was in addition to a text with the same notification. There was a detailed discussion about the problem and the best solution with details on all costs involved. I appreciated the time taken by Tom to explain since I am a senior citizen and not used to dealing with such a problem. They were prepared to fix the problem same day and expertly proceeded to repair the broken spring, cables and rollers. Their attention to detail every step of the way was impressive. 1st, Leo, my Tech today did a fantastic job. I purchased a new garage door opener as my current one was having issues after 15 years. The new unit runs smoothly and is a lot quieter. Precision Garage Door Service did an excellent job at my home today, March 15th, 2025. I called yesterday and they agreed to come out the next day, and within 24hours of my call. I broke a spring, but I knew both springs needed replacing, and I choose that service with new pullies and new cabling. Now my opener is quiet, opens level and works perfectly. Matthew Murphy did my needed installation, and he is an expert. I'm extremely happy with all the work performed.
