A spring broke late in the evening. I called their 24 hour scheduler and AJ was out in less than 24 hours. AJ was friendly and informative, and laid out our options. The job was completed in about an hour. This is not our first experience with Precision. They are probably the best service company I have ever dealt with.

Very pleased with my service and with Ed Hesling the tech who performed the work. He called in advance of arrival, arrived early, and skillfully performed an evaluation. He clearly presented options to me. He was objective in his evaluation and I did not feel he was "selling service" that I did not need. I selected my option and he completed the work efficiently.

I had a fantastic service visit today with Precision for a routine check of my garage door opener and all parts, lube maintenance and an installation of a replacement back up battery. The Tech (A.J. Yanko) was a truly great guy. He was right on time, professional, friendly and did high quality work and in a very neat fashion. I'll be asking for him again in the future. The costs and pricing were very reasonable, and in fact, were less than what was estimated on the call where I made my appointment.
