Technician was pleasant and fixed the lose belt on our garage door in 5 minutes with no tools or parts needed. The reason I can only give a "3" star is because the charge was $200...for literally 5 minutes. Precision Doors charges $85 to come out and an hourly fee on top of that. Feels like a lot...

Fantastic service (this time Darren, last time Leo) , quick and just really nice folks. My 2 door openers are about 19 yrs old and so have broken a couple times recently. Fixed again but will definitely be going to Precision for a new installation with modern technology when it's time! Thanks!

I called at 7.20 am and AJ was on my doorstep at 10am! Superb response! He quickly saw what needed to be done and then explained thoroughly what was needed- springs. He then went over the different options and the advantages and drawbacks of those parts with me. AJ was very personable! My door was fixed in no time leaving me a happy camper!

I highly recommend Precision. They sent AJ the same day even though it wasn't an emergency. He carefully explained and showed me what he found, and gave me several choices of what and how to address the problem. After his work was finished, he again showed me what he'd found: a few not-so-good surprises. He was thorough and friendly. I would definitely call this service again: and I would ask for AJ.

The technician (Mike) was on time, explained in detail the problems, completed the work and the door is fantastic. The door was making a horrible noise when opened and closed. I tried several lubes to resolve the problem but was unsuccessful. The rollers on both doors were replaced and the noise is gone! Very happy with the work done. I will definitely use this company again if needed. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

I would give 10 stars if it were possible!! Mike did a fantastic repair ... another company had come and wanted to install an entirely new system(they didn't know what they were doing) ... Mike has the doors working as though they are brand new!!! THANK YOU ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION ... AND Mike was so very nice!!!

While backing out of the garage, I mistakenly hit the door remote and the door came down hitting the antenna unit on the roof & pulled the door off the track and dented the door. 2 years ago, Precision installed the garage door and since they did an excellent job, I did not hesitate to call them. Neil arrived promptly at the arranged time, with mask. Evaluated the situation, fully explained the repair and cost. Neil did a great job, the door looks and works just as good as when Precision installed it.

The entire experience was excellent. I needed a spring repaired, but other components were also old, compromised, and in need of replacement. Leo was very communicative and patient with all my questions. He presented my options clearly and did the work in an efficient and professional manner.
