Dylan promptly arrived to our home, was incredibly gracious throughout his time here. He quickly assessed the broken door, provided us with multiple options for fixing or changing out the doors and walked us through all of the plans step by step so we could come to a shared decision plan. He then completed all the work within 2hrs and was able to do without us having to clear out our entire garage which was so much easier for us. I was looking for an revised quote after we delayed the project in 2022. I called on a saturday and around 2:00 the same day Bryan arrived to look at the project. We have three doors that are 32 years old, two with openers (the same age!). Bryan was straight forward and presented me with multiple options to control the cost and also meet our needs. He was very patient and spent time with me discussing each of the options and the pros and cons of each.

An extension spring broke on Thursday. I called at 7:02 AM Friday and the door was fixed by 5:30 PM that same day!!! Vaughn Yanko, their technician, was very professional, respectful, and personable. His explanations of the various options was very complete and understandable. We opted for a "torsion spring" upgrade and the door works better that ever. I would definitely recommend Precision Door (as well as Vaughn) to anyone!!

Problem was getting door to close. Lift Master opener signaled 10 clicks indicating safety lights problem though lights appeared to steadily glow, no evidence beam was ever broken. Darren pointed to a barely noticeable flicker from receiver light caused by hardware on door. Never saw it. Darren made the adjustment, repaired the down adjustment screw and limited trolley travel to stop 1-2' prior to stop screw. Runs great. Darren's a pro and rates a 5 star technician. Mark R
