I have only positive remarks about using Precision Door. The technicians, Eddie and Shawn were both very professional and they diagnosed the problem with my door and sensors right away. Eddie was the senior tech and he showed me the damage he located and explained the work needed to be done along with options for prolonging the life of my door. Recently we encountered a problem with one of our lights on our garage opener. Attempting to solve the problem on my own was unsuccessful. I called in and requested assistance. Leo(our installer) was assigned to address the issue. Running late, he called to let us know he would be late. On arrival he quickly solved the problem and things look good. Ed serviced my garage doors,he was neat and professional. He inspected my doors and gave me 3 options to choose from. He replaced the cables springs wheels rollers and rubber seal on the bottom of doors where it meets the ground. when completed he tested the doors for proper operation. then he cleaned the work area up. We used Precision 7+ years ago to install a new door, rails and opener so when we had a problem we immediately called them again since we were so pleased with that experience. Our spring broke and it was time for new rollers, springs, and a few other parts we elected to replace while they were here. Each time the technicians have been well informed, polite, and competent. I was called early in the morning to confirm the appointment and given a better idea of when they would show up. He did a thorough inspection and had 3 recommendations for what definitely had to be fixed, what items were showing a lot of wear and would need to be fixed soon and what items could wait a bit longer but were showing some wear and tear. He took time to explain and point out all the areas of concern. The only way our experiences with Precision Door could have been any better was if it was all free-- lol. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

I'm very happy with service. I was literally stuck in my garage because a spring broke and I disconnected the door before taking my car ou. I called with my situation that I had to be at a meeting in 1.5 hours and they sent a great technician out to fix it within an hour. The people that answer the phone also understand garage doors and had I explained the situation before unhooking the door I could have gotten some advice to avoid having my car trapped inside! So I have been with Precision for at least 6 years and I am very happy with their service and responsiveness to customer needs.
